Subway — Restaurant in Florida

First time in this subway and most likely will be the last. We ordered three footlongs. The staff working today wasn't very friendly. We weren't greeted when we walked in. The lady who was doing the vegetables misunderstood what I said and when she asked if there was anything else, I informed her that I didn't say mayo but asked for banana peppers, she aggressively took the veggies off and put them in the trash then stormed off to the back without saying anything. I dont think I had a rude tone and my husband even looked confused, like what just happened?!? The lady who was working the register finished making my sandwich. We didn't have any problems with my husband's sandwich. Then our third sub was left on the counter unfinished by the staff who was making it to begin with. We also ordered 6 cookies and was charged for 7, which we realized after we left.

All I can say if you don't work well with the public then you need to find a different profession. Subway needs to do better with their hiring selection for people who actually enjoy the job they are applying for and have customer service skills. Might have been an off day for these ladies but we didn't do anything to them personally for them to be acting like we are...

I've been coming to this subway after my gym workout 2 - 3 times a week at 7 pm religiously for the last year and a half. There is always a short fair skin blonde girl and and dark skin girl with a piercing on her bottom corner of her eye, those 2 girls are always very attentive and they always greet me and my friend nicely. They even memorized our order since me and my friend always go there. Now these last 2 weeks there has been a new girl. She is short light skin dark hair with a couple blonde highlights, she seems Hispanic or from a latin descent; which I can tell because I am too. This girl is rude, smart mouth, and will lie on your face about the items and the orders. She will not hesitate to create a hostile situation real quick. She will contradict herself multiple times just to prove her point. It happend last week and yesterday at 7:30 pm again. Because of this unprofessional employee Is very unlikely for me and my friend to come back to this subway anymore.

Also, I've been there when customers that comes after me gets the same treatment from this girl. Especially...

1 star is much. Disgusting food. Worst subway sandwich I've ever had and This is no exaggeration either. I've eaten at this subway before and there had never been any issues. Probably because I ordered in house and can watch them make my food. I ordered 2 sandwiches, both of which were a mess. My sandwich was made totally wrong. Asked for it toasted, wasn't, got bacon on mine, didn't ask for it and hate bacon, and the dressing looked like they poured soup on the sandwich. And same with the other sandwich, not toasted like we asked and again the dressing looked like soup.

The staff weren't friendly at all either. I was never greeted while waiting, ( not a big deal), but when I finally discussed getting my sandwich they had no idea what was going on. This place needs help.

Just to update this review, the manager emailed me due to a complaint I put online. Just a basic "we're sorry for your experience..etc." seemed generic. As I said, I will not be going there anymore. I just recently eat at the wawa and publix down the street, Way...
