Approval process and using the website to reserve items was not easy to understand and made it difficult to get in touch with the store I was looking to purchase from. The site should be more transparent with their process and let the customer know that just because you reserve items and provide billing details, that doesn’t mean you’ll be approved for the rental agreement.
