One star is far too generous as this place deserves Zero stars. Horrible, rude, incompetent service!!! No point placing a mobile order because when you get there and sit in the drive thru for 25 minutes, they tell you that they just sold out to the previous person. Whaaaaaat? They had the nerve to tell me that I should have got there before that person. EXCUSE ME!!!!!!!!!! I ordered thru the app more than 30 min before that person ordered and I PAID. How do you sell the last one to the other person who has not yet paid when the person who had a mobile order PAID IN FULL?!?!?!?!? Not only did I NOT get my order, I did NOT get a refund, nor did they do anything to compensate for their error! Not worth the time or money for sub-par food, especially when you don't get the food that you paid for! Don't waste your time, go somewhere else. I will NEVER return to this place. Honestly one of the worst fast food restaurants Downriver. Nothing fast about it and the food does not warrant the long wait time. They are always extremely slow regardless of the number of cars in line. The wait might be OK if the food was decent, but it's not. I only stop there because of the location; going forward I will go out of my way if I want Burger King...it will probably be quicker anyway. I find it hard to believe that any of the four or five star reviews...
Read moreI get the drive-thru 100% of the time and use my app. Rarely do I ever have a bad experience at this location, but one time, I ordered breakfast on the app, and when I pulled up, I was told they were no longer serving breakfast. They said they had already changed over for lunch. First, this is a huge inconvenience when you have kids. They were upset. We didn't get what they wanted. I was advised that I would have to contact their refund process people online. It has been a few months, and I still have not heard back nor received my refund. I was there before the cut-off time, and to me, if I was able to order it and it went through, that should have been honored. I feel they changed over early at the location, and it was easier for them to turn me away than make my order. The whole experience was just awful and still dealing with it. So make sure you give yourself extra time when you make app orders the time deadline doesn't mean anything here. Terrible solution...
Read moreMy wife and I went through the drive through and ordered 2 full meals, 1 bacon cheeseburger and 1 plain hamburger. When the window person handed me our food I asked if that was everything. He said yes and I thanked him. We drove home and found that we were missing 2 burgers. I paid for 4 but only received half! I won't be going to that store any time soon again. Maybe this is why they get paid so little. What ever that employee earns is too much for him to commit petty theft. We tried the drive through again on April 27th, 2024. We paid for 2 full meals and 2 extra burgers. When we got home this time we were missing a bacon cheeseburger. I cannot believe that I got ripped off again. If you go to this Burger King you better not leave the pickup window until you have checked every bag for your entire order. I cannot believe that these guys can't...
