Subway — Restaurant in Riverview

This is ths Subway on Fort btwn Sibley and Pennsylvania--When we arrived, there were 2 girls in the back so we kept hollering, "is anyone here?" When the girl finally got around to making my steak sandwich she seemed preoccupied with whatever they were doing in the back and she spilled half the steak so it didnt even end up on my sandwich and when I mentioned it to her, she just kept on like I didnt even say anything so I figured maybe she didnt hear me, so I mentioned it again and it was like she didnt even care! She was very monotone as if it was a bother to ask her to make me a sandwich. When I asked for extra lettuce, she barely put any on at all, so I spoke up so she would hear me this time and then her tone changed with me and suddenly she was in a big hurry to finish my sandwich and it was just me and my friend in the restaurant at the time, the place was empty, so I thought whats the big hurry? Then I told her LIGHT southwest sauce and she doused it back and forth like 3-4 times so I told her I didnt want all that sauce on there and again its like what I said didnt even matter she just wrapped it up and so I said excuse me but i really dont like how you made my sandwich and I felt completely ignored and Im not sure I wanna even pay for it until its made right, Then she says, "ok you dont want it" and chucks it in the trash! I was thinking to myself, wow I wonder if the owner knows whats going on? So thats why Im writing this. She did remake my sandwich ONLY bc she knew I didnt wanna pay for the first one. And she did NOT seem happy doing it. I almost walked out cuz btwn the body language and the total disregard for my food, saying I was NOT impressed was an understatement! I normally am not one to write reviews but the man with dark hair and a beard has a horrible attitude and both my mom and I got extremely sick after eating here. I had a to go order when I asked for my drink cups he looked at me and then walked away so I grabbed them myself I didn’t want to cut off the lady in line in front of me or I would have just done it myself in the first place. After I grabbed my drink cups he told me I wasn’t allowed to have them and I needed to give them back even after I asked him if he wanted to see my receipt of where I purchased the drink cups and I would not give back a cup that I had already touched for another person to use it’s unsanitary and unprofessional and after reading many reviews it seems like the management couldn’t care less on how he treats their customers. Discovered that Subway was running their special, buy one footlong sub and get one free and just couldn’t pass up the deal. They are about a mile away from me , very convenient location. I always use this location, employees are always friendly, it’s clean and well organized. Husband and I both ordered the Ultimate BMT on Italian bread, the woman making them was so nice and talkative, really appreciate that. With the 2 subs, tax and a tip it came to around $15.00, a real meal deal! We got the subs to go and they were made well with very fresh ingredients, we really enjoyed them. Hub ate all of his, I ate 1/2 and saved the other half for lunch the next day and it still was pretty darn good.
