Savvy Sliders — Restaurant in Riverview

I honestly can't decide what was better, the food, or the amazing customer service! I was confused by the website menu, so I decided to call to ask a few questions. My call was handled by Shelby, who is here in Riverview for a few days opening this location, as he apparently takes care of all of this region's grand openings. He spent a good 15 mins on the phone with me, answering every question I had, & making recommendations. He was so polite as I kept him from his job, not to mention, so passionate about this company. He went into great detail about the menu, all the different options at my disposal, how some of the sauces tasted, what his top 3 favorite sliders were, prices, and the quality of the product. He told me to ask for him at the drive-thru window...which I did. From the moment I pulled up, he was so enthusiastic to help me. I learned that he does all the grand openings for this company, and will soon be getting his own franchise/store...and rightfully so! I couldn't think of anyone else more deserving of such an endeavor. This guy is top-notch at representing this brand.

As someone who is in the hospitality business myself, I was thoroughly impressed by the exemplary representation Shelby exhibited for this company. My food was hot & fresh, perfectly packed, and passed through the window with a huge smile, & a very excited "You're gonna love it!". The fact that he threw in two extra chicken tenders & every sauce they offered, certainly didn't hurt either! I was treated like a 'guest', not a 'customer'.

This is a long review, I know, but in my entire life, I've never been made to feel as welcome & appreciated as a guest at ANY fast food franchise...EVER. This company's decision to make this guy the person people encounter during their first experience at their grand openings, was one that will definitely DEFINE this brand in this community as a STAND OUT place to spend your hard-earned money. Great food, & excellent guest service!

The sliders were great! My faves were the Ribeye Steakhouse slider & the Big Signature...and Shelby was absolutely right, the Boom sauce was the best. The fries were piping hot & crispy, and the chicken was "phenomenal", just as he said it would be.

I will be back, and thank you, Shelby, for by far the best fast food experience I've ever had! You are a diamond in the rough. Good luck to you at your new store, you've earned it & definitely...

Probably the best Chicken Tenders in Michigan. And they are huge! See photo. These are not chicken small "fingers" they're large pieces of chicken dipped in some type of batter that is absolutely delicious. Crunchy, fresh. Juicy! Perfection. These are the batter dipped style, not the crumbly breaded type. So much better in my opinion. I'll pass up 10 other chicken places to get these, they are that good.

The combo also comes with a large helping of fat crinkle fries with a choice of 5 seasonings and a piece of buttered Texas toast. (Yum) And a medium drink. That's a lot of food for about $13 or so. When Im in the mood for amazing chicken tenders, I head straight to this place on Fort St. in Riverview. Drive thru is in the back

At a different location in Westland. They were located in a Happys Pizza shop no drive thru. I got the $6 shake. While it's ok and very very thick it isn't worth that much money. I choose banana shake and the flavor was mild at best but still good... I was just expecting more for $6... Like a real banana mixed in or something. It was just soft serve with some flavoring syrup. I also got the combo with the burger and chicken tenders. Very good burger but the chicken stole the show.

When I think of the word sliders, I'm thinking the size of White Castle: Tiny little bite sized burgers. These are FAR larger then White Castle. Or even Arby's little sliders. Savvy's are more like a small sized burgers. About twice the size of what others refer to as sliders. And...

My son and I tried this for the first time today. He had the kids tenders with fries and I had the box #7 with a strawberry shortcake custard shake. The shake was amazing, I will definitely be craving these. The food was hot and fresh. We tried the boom sauce, savvy sauce, and sweet chili sauce. All very good. The fries are crinkle cut and super crispy on the outside but soft and hot on the inside. The tenders have a nice crunch and are very tender on the inside. The slider buns are soft and the Toppings were portioned well with the meat. Unfortunately, I was missing the cheese for my slider. As for the chicken slider, I did not care for it. It was just a tender on a bun. The awkward shape made it difficult to eat. The service was excellent. Pricing was a bit expensive but you can tell the ingredients are great quality. Plus you can use a $5 off code and gain point by signing up for their app! Overall, I will be back and this place is a great addition to...
