I've been going to Taco Bell for about 50yrs( since they opened) and for the last year or so their food quality has steadily declined. They've raised their prices, which I totally get but why so skimpy with the ingredients? I just got a make your own box deal, which would be a deal if the items looked like the pictures on the menu. The crunchwrap literally had less than a teaspoon of meat, barely any cheese, it tasted like a tostado shell wrapped in a tortilla. The 5 layer burrito had a dab of cheese, a little meat and beans. I took a picture of it and wished I had of taken one of the crunchwrap before I crumbled it up. The chips tasted like cinnamon, smh, with enough cheese for like five chips. The only thing that was'nt messed up was the drink. The last several times I've been here I was like last time, deleting the app. I deleted the app just now. I don't see how they are staying in business. I can't be the only one getting crappy food. Del Taco is a little further down the road but so...

Ordered my food and asked them to read it back to me. They said (guys voice) “it already went through, I’ll read it to you at the window” I said “Ok”. Get to the window and it’s a girl and I ask for the order to be read back to confirm it’s correct and she doesn’t know what I’m talking about. Pay and get my receipt look over the order and it’s wrong. I ask the the lady nicely that my chalupa’s where wrong and my tostada was wrong. I pay the extra amount it was to get the fix fixed and get my new receipt. I look it over again, it’s still wrong. I nicely ask again and they say it’s okay and make sure that it’s correct. Food comes out and at this point I am genuinely concerned that my order is still wrong and the manager assures me that it’s correct. Get the food home and to no surprise my chalupas and tostada are wrong...I know it’s fast food, I know not to expect too much, but why is it sometimes my order is right and...
Read moreI wanted to order their new taco Della. The line was a little busy which I understand it's hot out. But apparently the young girl which I would assume is only 16 of age from her voice decided to give me an attitude when I kindly ask twice for a bean burrito with red sauce because a robot was not listening to my voice correctly so I increased the volume of my voice because the robot was legitimately not getting. My order correct and then she gets on a phone and goes. "Excuse me, but you need to put yo voice down with this tone of attitude like i'm dumb and rude". When say never mind and drive around front to the drive through its all black workers... so the well well well comment fad is true.
I'm not in the mood for this. Black lives matter at a fast food restaurant when I work a factory job for much more money than fast food if I have stupid AI not picking up my voice clearly I need to speak up or just don't...
