A savior! My iphone 6s screen was badly cracked but still worked, even taking photos. Until 2 nights ago, screen went blank, and not due to lack of power. Luckily I was able to make phone calls, and listen to my current book on tape. I called Verizon yesterday (KDH branch), I was told my warranty expired, not able to upgrade yet, and she told me I wouldn't be able to transfer my photos or contacts, yikes that bummed me out more than anything. She recommended Mike's, I called, spoke to Andy, got directions (we live in S NH so not far) arrived, Mike took my phone back (I was so afraid not repairable, screen badly cracked and blank). They replaced screen within 1/2 hr while I waited, Mike had me test everything (camera, phone call out, speaker, music etc.), all worked and it looks like a new phone! This was 8/30/16, I have since made phone calls (HVAC service, etc), video, pics, listened to my tunes and book on tape and so far so good :) he said if anything stopped working within 30 days bring it back and they will fix. I was vacationing in the outer banks for the week. While fishing in the sound, slipped on some rocks and my iPhone 6s+ got knocked out of its otterbox defender holster. Took about 10 minutes to locate, and it had been submerged in saltwater all that time. Did the bag of rice trick for 3 days, and it didn't help. Every website I checked said the odds of recovery were slim to none. After a panicked and sleepless search I found Computer Mike's on the internet. Had issues with my Toshiba Laptop. It was turning on but the screen was not. The fan constantly was blowing and I thought it was a goner. I took it to Computer Mike's and Mike took great care of my laptop. It needed a new motherboard. Mike got the part ordered and installed in less then a week and all at an amazing price that didn't break the bank. Once I got my laptop home, Mike did a remote clean up and no mu laptop is running as though I just got it out of the box!
