My life was changed today, thanks to Doctor Roth. Wow! I am not one to normally leave reviews (cliche to say, but it’s the truth), but I felt I just had to share my positive experience so others can see clearly. I have never been to an optometrist that was so personable AND knowledgeable in regards to eye and vision health. This office didn’t spare any expenses in giving patients access to newer and more convenient equipment and technology that made my exam fast and easy. Dr. Roth is an expert in her field and was able to fill in the gaps of my prescription, where past optometrists had failed to fix. She thoroughly explained everything she did and answered all my questions promptly and left me feeling confident and well cared for. This trendy, picturesque optometry office looks straight out of HGTV magazine. It is chic, clean, relaxing, and offers and upscale vibe at an affordable price. Great visit for an exam and new glasses!!! I was a new patient, new to the Roanoke community and tired of a previous eye doctors office with terrible customer service. Everything about my visit was perfect. Friendly and knowledgeable doctor and staff made the visit quick and easy. Had an exam, picked out new glasses without any sales hassle and was out the door in 45 minutes! They completely understand my insurance and had my benefits ready before I even got there. Eye care Associates is truly a wonderful addition to Roanoke .The building and the inside are stunning. Jayne is so friendly and helpful in scheduling a time that was best for me. I was very happy with Dr.Roth because she took her time was very thorough and answered all my questions.
