What a terrible experience. $39 for a black bean burger and Veggie wrap. First you have to go to a central station and pick up a menu, the â staffâ pointed and said come back when you decide, oh by the way our drinks are in the cooler over there. Once we placed our order and received our drink glasses it took 30 minutes to get our food. Which does not sound bad except we were 2 of 4 people in the cafe waiting on food. When we received the food order the Veggie wrap was mostly lettuce with some red onion. The sweet potato fries were not fresh and obviously reheated. The Black bean burger was ok as were the string fries. When we asked for some ketchup one of the staff brought us a bottle that had the cap snd sides covered with ketchup. Very limited menu & extremely over priced. 2 EE's at the counter but only 1 taking orders. Then there are no comfortable seats, everyone that sat around me was complaining or trying to switch the all wood no cushion chairs. The container to serve yourself was empty, and we had to ask twice (and felt like a burden) for asking. Only two napkins were brought for three people. Just in general, wasnât the welcoming and we felt like an imposition even though there was no one else there for a good chunk of the time. Just left you feeling a little blah about the whole experience. If management reads this, your younger front of house employee(s) might need a refresher on how to make customers feel valued...
