Cute clothes, cute store, good prices, but bad customer service. I’m not one to be a “Karen” about customer service, but some people should maybe be kinder and attentive.
I’ve shopped here before and had good experiences, but today I went in looking for a dress for an anniversary date. No one else was in the shop but the cashier, who did not greet myself or anyone else who walked in. I picked out a couple dresses to try and asked about the changing rooms. She said “you can just walk in.” Okay, fine, not an issue but the way she said it and looked at me made me feel “small”, for lack of a better word.
One of the dresses I had tried on had a hole in the pocket, which I can chalk up to a mistake. I ended up not purchasing anything, but I did find a dress that I absolutely adored, but it was in a size too small (M). I asked if they had it in another size (L) or if there was a way to order it online. She quite bluntly and rudely said “everything we have it out.” Again, would have been fine if it wasn’t for her general attitude and lack of help.
I shopped around a couple other stores where I was greeted at the door, told about offers, and then returned to this store, seeing it had become a bit busier and I wanted to just check one more time in case I missed a size in that dress. The same cashier was ignoring other customers and talking on the phone, to whom I presume was the manager, about bad reviews. I just thought it was a little ironic given my experience.
I understand having a bad day or being overwhelmed, but as someone who’s worked in customer service for many years, I try not to bring it to work. I wish I had a better experience shopping for my anniversary dress because I adore the clothes here, it’s also Mother’s Day weekend and I saw plenty of women shopping for a dress for Sunday—I hope they had a better experience than myself. This store feels warm and inviting, I just wish the people inside...
Read moreI never used to prioritize buying myself a nice wardrobe, fashionable accessories, or spending money on "me". Francesca's is literally what changed that for me. Their clothes are beautiful, well made, and make me feel so incredibly confident. The staff is helpful, honest, and never make you feel pressured to buy things. They genuinely seem to care about their customers. My family went in to get me some pieces for Christmas, and the manager and her staff picked some perfect pieces for me based on my past purchases (in my rewards account). I love this store, and...
Read moreWent in to get a dress for my gender reveal when I found one I really liked I asked the 2 employees if there was anything bigger than a medium and they both looked at me said whatever we have out is what we have. Then proceeded to laugh and make snide remarks about me. Will never recommend anyone to shop here and I will never return. Employees of a business should never make somebody feel down about themselves or how they look. Bad buisness. If I could give less then 1...
