The store owner is a liar and manipulator, if I could give 0 stars I would, I really needed my pc fixed and he told me he could do it quick so I decided to stay, I was talking to him while he was fixing it and he also chose his own power supply instead of me choosing and as he’s fixing it he said it’ll be around 350-400 which is insane because he told me the supply costs 250 then 100 for service, then he changed it out and I was still shocked on the price and so he was testing it and we find out it’s my motherboard, but after all of that I come to find out by him admitting to me that he paid 140 for the power supply and it’s on a huge sale right now and it doesn’t even cost that much, so I said you can take the power supply out after it still being too much, he puts the old power supply back in and I ask him that it’ll be free to put it back together right? He said it’ll be 50 dollars, to put the parts back together which took less than 5 mins, so I tell him I can just take it home and put it back and he says, I don’t want to leave the wires out you know, not respecting my request because he wants to take my money and I kept reminding him but he kept ignoring me and eventually finished it and he comes to ring me up and I’m shocked I have to pay and he says 40, right then and there I should’ve took my pc and left, but I negotiated to 25 which is still insane, I told him I would bring it back Friday as a back up plan so he gave me a lower price and thankfully it worked but I’m never going there again, he came off respectful in the beginning but no, he’s a liar and wants your...

If you have a problem with your phone or computer, this is the shop you should bring it to for help. I don't care if you have to drive all the way across the cities, trust me, you should go out of your way to come to this shop for help. Herlen is the owner/operator and he is an absolute wizard with electronics, it's incredible watching him take apart and work on a cell phone with a big magnifying glass and tweezers. He always bends over backwards to take care of his customers and he keeps his prices very reasonable, sometimes even at his own expense. I brought my phone to him several times, and every time he has taken care of my problems quickly and professionally. One time, he completely replaced the cracked screen on my phone, then, after I dropped it again later, he located a microscopic little part that had dislodged within the phone that needed replacing. But, in order to fix it, he had to sacrifice a perfectly good, brand new motherboard out of another s22 ultra to get the replacement part, which he graciously did. Then he offered me a bargain price for it, taking a loss on the sacrificial motherboard! He knew I was in a tough spot since I had recently replaced the screen and frame on this phone and if he charged me the full price of the new motherboard, I would have more money into repairs that the phone was even worth, so he took a loss to allow me to repair and keep using the device. I was blown away. I am forever loyal to him as a customer for that. This kind of customer service and value are hard to find these days, and we should all support...

Back in late 2022/early 2023, I had Logitium try to fix my Google Pixel 5a experiencing a "Black Screen of Death" issue. I believe I worked with Herlen and he was very nice and polite and worked hard to try to fix my phone. He was slow to communicate updates with me though, even though he promised to contact me by specific days.

Eventually, he said he could try replacing some components of the motherboard and I agreed. Unfortunately, he wasn't able to get the phone working. If that's where the story ended, I would be fine, but sad.

The big issue is that whatever he did to my phone is now preventing another company from being able to recover the precious data trapped on the phone. To quote them, "It appears that a microsolder has attempted to work on this board from head to toe which removes all clues to what it's original presentation was and makes any chance at recovery very unlikely and the work much more difficult. We can see that an excessive amount of heat has been applied and the board is missing many components."

Because of this, I'm incredibly frustrated that I ever let Logitium try to fix my phone and regret the whole experience. Please consider choosing someplace else if you have a complex technology repair.

EDIT: In response to the owner reply, I literally quoted the other repair company. The fact that the attempted fix further damaged my phone is why I'm upset. I now have likely permanently lost priceless photos whereas recovery would have been more likely if I went...
