Bought a dress from this location and got home it fitted a little too tight so I bring the dress back two days later the same employee who had rung me up previously was their also did a little shopping then proceed to check out as the cashier is ringing me up the manager says Next Time Don't Tear The Tag Off Until You Try It On I then reply You Can Just Use That Tag Gun And Put It Back On she then replies I'm Just Telling You Our Policy I then say No Store In America Will Tell You Not To Tear The Tag Off or You Can't Bring It Back I then hand the cashier my receipt and ask her to ring me up another customer in the store then comment to the situation telling me that the manager is from a different location it doesn't matter which location your at NO ONE should be treated so badly great way for your management team to...

This was one of my favorite stores to shop in for year's now but this year's selection has been horrible and bland for the plus size selection! Not only that but I spent $200 here on items I wasn't really happy with but needed some new outfits. I wore them once, almost everything had a hole in it or has a run in the leggings after one wear!!! The material is so cheap this year!!! This place is ATROCIOUS. I have never been more disappointed and disrespected in all my life. The manager Maria and associates closing the store early, locking customers inside and harassing them, demanding we pay for the items and leave over a half hour before store close. JUST TRASH.

Used to be a nice store with great deals. Now it's just horrible and very hostile customer service experience leaving you with a very sour taste. I WILL NEVER RECCOMEND THIS...
