If I could give this store 0 stars I would. If your looking for good customer service, a place where they care about their customers, want to help their customers steer clear of this location. The employees especially the store manager - Kevin have no idea what good customer service is and only care about their sales figures. They are looking to just make sales and will sell you what your not wanting or looking for and then tell you it is returnable for 14 days. I walked into this store looking for a particular product. The salesman was a "typical" salesman where as they immediately try to sell you something you don't want. My mistake I know. They didn't have the product I was needing but instead the salesman showed me something similar. I was unsure about purchasing it as I had done my research and knew what I was looking for. I decided to purchase based on the fact I asked the salesman if I could return it if I didn't like it. He said yes, that I had 14 days. I bought it on a Tuesday evening and went back on Friday evening to return it because it just didn't fit my ear. On Friday evening I was told by another salesman that it was not returnable. The manager come over and I explained to him my conversation with his salesman. After several minutes of me trying to explain to him that he needs to educate his employees and explaining the situation to him he refused to listen or help me. In the end his solution was for me to go to a non Verizon store purchase the product I wanted bring the receipt into him and he would credit my account. Now if he could do that, I have to ask myself, Why couldn't he either call another store and do an exchange for me or just return the item? I have been with Verizon for several years. I have never had any problems with them , love their product and cell service. If your looking to purchase cell service from Verizon or accessories definitely visit another location as this location could care less about the person standing on the other side of the counter. In December, I switched from AT&T to Verizon with a āgreatā promotion. Lawrence lied and said I had to take the $15/month per line insurance in order to get the deal - Verizon confirmed nothing like this exists. He also said I had to get the bundle with the case and screen protector to get the deal - Verizon said that didnāt sound right either. It has been AWFUL. I handed my phone over at that time to get $800 off a new phone, my husband wasnāt there but Lawrence said he could hand it in within 48 hours. We did but our credit for the new phones were not on our bill and I was paying retail. I reached out by phone and I could only work with Lawrence, nobody else will help me. Lawrence told me it was corrected - it was not. I went into the location on a Sunday and Lawrence said heād reach out to their rep and PROMISED to call by Tuesday. I never received a call but my bill was finally corrected. I then received a $195 bill on both lines. I reached out to Verizon and was told itās a fee because they didnāt turn our phones in within the proper time frame. They told me this is why we should have personally mailed our phones in to Verizon. I called and asked for the owner and was very rudely told the owner owns 81 stores so thatās not happening. I asked who the manager was and they said Donavan/Dominic something like that. I spoke to him on a Tuesday and he insists itās reversing a credit but heād speak to their rep and call me AT LATEST Thursday. Thursday at 4pm I called and was told he was working at a different store and would call me. Now itās Monday and I still have not received a call. DO NOT use this location. Go to an actual Verizon corporate store. Verizon will not stand behind this store because itās not a corporate store and they wonāt...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreThis store is a joke. I called Friday and process a transaction to switch service from boost mobile to Verizon. The employee I spoke with process the transaction, āset up my accountā and told me he sent a SIM card in the mail that I would receive it on Tuesday. All of this under the assumption that my phone would be compatible with Verizon network. I stopped into the oxford location to pick up a SIM card figuring that I already paid for $80 unlimited so why not just stopped and get the SIM card so I can use the service. The gentleman never said anything about my phone needing to be unlocked through boost and I didnāt find out until after the payment was already taken out of my account. Boost will not unlock my phone for another 2 months and they have continued to tell me that hey will not refund my money that they took even though I am not receiving the service that I paid for. They have all been no help to the situation. And the transaction is no where to be found. No one can look it up in the system by my social security number or the phone number that they supposedly switched over. If I could give this store -200 stars I would. And if this is how they chose to run their business and rip their customers off they should not be in business. I am beyond disappointed that it has come to me having to dispute the transaction at the bank instead of it being handled by the company that took my money.
