I keep trying and it just doesn't change. Since opening day and numerous management... I know this can be fixed by even the most green of greenhorn, but yet they keep letting it happen. You can almost watch the dissatisfaction and disappointment in customer's faces as they just deal with this like it's the new way of restaurant management since CoVid changed the world. The attitude from the management is down is selfish and repugnant. There was only two faces tonight, two employee that understand what a service industry needs in customer relations. The rest are filled with snobbery and inadequacies. Again, I blame management for this lacking behavior and flat out training. Time was spent watching a brand new employee being pushed off by the others like a hen at a pig roast. No inspiration, no instruction, no "under wing" let me introduce you to the other staff at all. SHAME ON YOU ALL for following this type of behavior. All but one that pushes against this model. I hope you become the replacement brother! Maybe then it would be worthy a return. I may never know.
I will not be returning here to watch the staff reflecting what the Manager is obviously portraying as adequately providing service and comrodery amongst staff. I can't believe what this Manager actually sees as doing what he is supposedto be doing in creating a work environment that thrives. Too much time "looking" at the staff... not enough time in the service or clientele if the establishment that is providing for him. Who am I kidding, it's just customers... not clientele. One, maybe twice and on your way... unless it's out of convenience. Thanks for ruining the last ditch effort of an otherwise obvious hope for a triumph overcoming of consistency in poor or lacking quality in service...
Read moreI came into this establishment and ordered a drink along with an appetizer. After about 30 minutes of sitting down the manager came over and asked for my ID after I had already been served. She proceeded to take my real government issued ID behind the bar to look at it under a uv light. I overheard the bartender say “she is in high school I looked up her Facebook and Instagram”. I do not have any public social media accounts that display my age. I understand that this is standard protocol if an ID is suspected to be fake. She also showed it to a man sitting at the bar. She came to my table and told me she would be holding my ID. I asked her to please call the police so that I would be able to get my ID back and that they could verify that it was real. She refused to call the police and I was forced to call them on my own. Both my boyfriend and I were harassed by a man that was sitting at the bar whom my ID was shown to by the staff members. I did not consent to a random person being shown my ID. He claimed that he searched my name in a “government data base” and saw I was underage. I am of the legal drinking age, which was stated on my ID. The manager lied to the police and said that she was going to give my ID back. The police had to tell her to return it to me after verifying my identity and age. I was humiliated by the staff as they encouraged the man at the bar to keep harassing my boyfriend and I. After the situation was over and I got my ID back customers clapped as my boyfriend and I left the establishment. This business has horrible management and I will never be back. I will make this situation known to anyone who considers coming to this disgrace of...
Read moreWe've had some positive dining experiences here but sadly, more negative ones...and now, with our latest visit, we are doubtful if we will return. Visited on a Monday around 1:30 pm after lunch rush. Walked in, passed two staff members, and sat ourselves in a booth. And then we waited...and waited...and waited! Staff near the door area, lady at the bar, and a man who popped out from kitchen door to stand and look around. It seemed they knew we were there, weren't busy, and yet we sat with no acknowledgement. As a group of patient people, we waited until the 10 minute mark, then walked out. Lady staffing bar watched as we walked out and offered no communication, excuse or apology. Drove down the road to another restaurant where we were promptly greeted, seated, and had waters in less than 10 minutes. It's a sign of terrible management when you have plenty of open tables, staff standing around, and customers sitting without service. We noticed two tables nearby with empty water glasses waiting to order drinks. Great location but subpar management and clueless staff. If continues, people will find other nearby restaurants eager to take...
