I've been having an issue with my shoulder and neck for over 6 mos and had been going to the chiropractor and getting massages to help. A friend recommended reiki. After looking at reviews online, I booked a 90 min reiki appt with Celeste Pichette at Rochester Holistic Arts. I went in with an open mind and was hopeful this would help me. I cannot even begin to express my gratitude to Celeste for how much she helped me. I immediately liked her energy and when the session was over I felt lighter. All of the stress that I'd been carrying in my shoulders and neck was gone, the pain that I had been enduring when I raised my arm was 80% improved. I had my first visit on Friday, and here it is 3 days later and I can still raise my arm normally without pain, prior to my visit I couldn't even raise my arm higher than half way. I would highly recommend David for his massage/intuitive bodywork. He was able to identify all the specific areas of tension that I was holding in my upper body. I had come in with moderate to severe pain in my neck and shoulders and he was able to locate and release all the areas of strain with incredible precision. Not only was the massage extremely helpful for reducing my pain, but it was also very relaxing. I anticipated the massage to be somewhat painful considering the state my neck and shoulders were in but it felt absolutely incredible.
