Runnings — Local services in Rochester

Last Wednesday went to pickup turkeys after a week of calling and nobody knowing the schedule or really careing, sometimes being on hold for up to 10min then giving up.

On Wednesday, there was a turkey with a broke leg, stuff happens with livestock. Friday my wife and I went to pick up some chickens. That poor turkey was still in brooder with all the public to see. Also since Friday was there big grand reopening, the staff was busy b.s. ing with various vendors and not tending to customers. Wasted about 20 min finding someone to pick the chicks for my wife. Also on checkout, I bought a few bolts and washers, the weight was 0.52 lbs, I was charged for 5.2 lbs. One overworked, overstressed lady fix our issues while most of the staff seemed oblivious to there duties.

This type of store is a big deal in a small town, but ever since Big R went under this store has been a mess. Looks like Runnings is upholding that...

I have always received great customer service at this store. The store is clean, product offerings are quality, diverse, and well-stocked; and staff are friendly. Today, I picked up a pair of work boots. I had some questions for Amber, and she was very accommodating.
