I went to the KFC in Rochester Indiana on 07/12 and place an online order. Went to pick ot up 25 minutes later when it was supposed to be ready. When we got there, i was informed theybonly had 2 of the 4 potpies I ordered but they could substitutecwith famous bowls or it would be another 22 minute wait. I qgreed but when I asked at the window why there wascthis proble, I was informed that the last 2 had just been sold to another customer. This is ridiculous. I order, wait 25 minutes to pick up, receive a message that the order was ready but get there and it was incomplete. Absolutely terrible service. They lost a customer today because of there incompetence. Just wanted to add an edit to this post, when I got home I found out I was also short a chicken sandwich, just to add insult to injury way to go KFC, no wonder you're rating is 3.6 and that actually surprises me I wouldn't give you 1 star if given the choice, thank for screwing up my Grandkids dinner, I'm going to send this to as many social media sites as possible, because...
Read moreAs a truck driver I deliver and pick up in all 48 states, in turn I do realize that I eat alot of fast food. Well,today I had the most enjoyable experience that I believe I've ever had in a fast food restaurant. From the front counter to the employees preparing my order ,this restaurant had the perfect crew. Even with the accidental mixup of a dinner side ,it was handled with extreme professionalism and courtesy. The store manager even ask another manager to bring me the dinner side that I ordered to my truck which by this point I had already made it back to the truckstop. I applaud every employee that was there tonight as well as the amazing management. Thank you for being so nice and helpful, as being a driver over the road ..we barely ever get to see this kind of treatment. Read moreI was in this store about 2 1/2 weeks ago. I came in and ordered a meal to go. I was informed after that it would be a while because they were making party packs. I nicely asked for a refund because I couldn’t wait that long. The manager told me no and I’d have to wait for my food because her boss was on vacation. Apparently she can’t do returns. (Lie) I ended up being late to work since my food took 20 minutes. I called corporate for my refund and they said the store manager would call me about my refund. No call but they claim they tried to call. I called again after a week because I heard nothing. They resubmitted it and the store manager lied yet again that they already tried to call me.
