We must of hit them on an off night if you go by most of the other reviews. Upon entering the restaurant we had to wait 5+ mins to be seated, we were the only ones waiting to be seated and upon that the cashier standing feet from us never even acknowledged our presence. The host finally showed up to seat us and then asked us to wait a bit longer why he checked for availability of a table with the servers, (mind you this is 7pm on a Thursday night NOT busy) Once seated chips & salsa was delivered promptly but the waiter and drinks took a bit longer to arrive, we ordered an appetizer along with 2 teas and the appetizer arrived well ahead of the drinks, our order was taken and it took awhile for our meals, we ran out of drinks and chips waiting for our entrees and they arrived via a food server and yet more time passed before our waiter checked on us to refill our drinks & chips needless to say appetizer was cold by that point and my patience is running thin also. Upon finishing our meals (which was just okay mexican food no thrills for the taste buds) we again waited for our plates to be taken and a check to be presented along with a request for a small to go container for the remaining appetizer to travel home to warm up later, they finally arrived and we departed to the cashier which again was unpersonable to say the least. So our experience with this establishment would be called the "Waiting Game" I do believe this will be our only visit to this restaurant as the adage goes; once bitten,...

They did start playing music I felt inappropriate for children in the back ground, and then I felt rushed to select mene items(I ended up not ordering myself anything {which was a good thing after getting the bill } ) but we ordered 2 main meals, 2 children meals, and a side dish with a few drinks and it came over $80. I also had to pay an additional 18% because of their being 3 adults and 3 children making 6, but though my daughter and I did not order a meal we shared a side of cheesy rice and the "free" chips -_-.. I was not expecting to spend almost $100 on one meal.
The food wasn't bad, not the best in the world either... But the prices are incredibly high.. So the price of this one small dinner and the mandatory %18 tip you have to pay really really ruined it for everyone. None of us want to eat there again with those kind of prices..
I will add that my sister and her fiance felt unwell afterwards. She immediately needed to go to...
Read moreNot sure what happened, but unfortunately this Mexican restaurant's food quality and taste has gone downhill over the past couple of years.
Not too long ago I ordered Pollo Fundido for carry out. Once I got home and started eating my food, I noticed the chicken tasted very strange. Upon closer examination I saw that the two chicken breasts were borderline raw. The chicken was so chewy and some spots were literally uncooked.
I understand that situations like this are bound to happen on a busy day in a restaurant that is trying to have fast service, however, it does not excuse the decline in quality control of this restaurant. What if this happens to someone else and they do not realize in a timely manor that they are eating raw chicken? It is certain they will become sick, have diarrhea, vomiting, and possibly develop a serious illness.
One good thing I can say about the restaurant is the friendly and helpful staff that work there. Nonetheless, I will not be ordering food from here for a...
