Wings Etc. — Restaurant in Rochester

Anytime we have ate there the food always good. We usually have to ask for our order of fries we order but it happens since its an appitizer and we prefer it with our meal. I am tho very upset with the way my online pick up went today. I dont usually get upset. But being i waited 10 min just to be told i needed to go to the bar to get my to go order. I didnt read any on email to go to the bar. I was then waiting again to be helped there. I get it he had 5 or 6 people there and another to go order being picked up. I recieved most of my food in one large bag. Had one set of our wings spill all over. Luckily not on my kids' meals. They wouldnt eat it if it did. Then to go thru the rest of my order to see they messed up on some of the wings completely garlic parm bone in is what we got and should have gotten tso boneless.the kids meals we did get had maybe a half a handfulof fries in 2 of them and the last one i had to send my husband to go get. So luckily i love only 5 min. Away to wait another 20 min hearing my 3 year old cry. I did call and they did a great job being kind. Overall would hope their to go orders get as great as their dine in becaise the food is...

I've got to say, I really wasn't impressed with their boneless wings. The breading was really hard, hard to chew, and the meat inside was dry. They did put sauce on them, but they were not tossed in the sauce. So the top of the wings were covered and the button was dry. The mozzarella sticks were your standard, buy anywhere mozzarella sticks. The sauce for those were alright. It didn't really have the consistency of a sauce though, it was loaded with chunks of tomatoes. I really had high hopes for this chain. But was disappointed in everything i experienced. I will say the bar tender seemed like she knew what she was doing, but just like any other place with a bar she had her regulars she knew and wasn't very attentive to those she didn't know. I probably won't go back, but I won't discourage others from going. It's in a location where there's not much to eat for a truck driver so it's a welcome break from the crappy pilot food that looked like it had been sitting in the...

Absolutely horrible experience here, entirely stemming from the server (Mikyla S. Server #219). The place was not busy and other servers were doing a great job, ours was not to the worst degree. We showed up and the server took our drink and appetizer order. From that point the server brought back the drinks and we didn't see her again for over half an hour. Another server brought us our appetizers, after a long wait. The server then finally took our order and had to be reminded to refill drinks. Our food then took over 40 minutes to come out to us and only after we asked another server where ours was. I would understand if the server was busy, however we were the only table she was servicing and other servers were looking for where she was at.
