Listen if you want fine jewelry, diamonds, engagement rings, wedding bands, earrings or anything don’t go to the big box stores. Go to Young’s! First off you can buy it at young’s and have it appraised and it is worth more than what you paid for it. Take the big box stores Jared, Kings etc and when you get your jewelry appraised it isn’t worth nearly what you paid because of the markup. The service is exceptional. Cindy spent countless hours with us designing and locating exactly what we wanted. The jewelry is top quality and the customer service is also. Not to mention. We found this ring at another local jeweler who took all our informations Nd when we went back two weeks later he didn’t even remember us and said they don’t take information. We only stopped at that store because we were. Walking by but that was enough for me. I told my girlfriend I am not buying here anyways I am going to young’s. I can’t say enough about them. Do yourself a favor shop around first and get the manufacture of the ring and price then go to Young’s and see for yourself. Way to go Ryan, you have demonstrated your honesty, when an adverse opportunity took precedence. Walked in to Young's coins after just missing the $27 an ounce mark a couple of day ago with the 30 day return recipe while still in a bit of a bummed mood. After explainging my situation to him with the recipe ready for a return, he then offered to buy them back at the current spot price with the face value, which at that time was doing much better then I had though. Made an unexpected profit, all because of his honesty, even after I insisted an offerer to cut him a real sweet deal. Really impressed with the honesty, the best policy to live by, demonstrated. P.S. Staff there at that time were very warm welcoming workers, understanding, and always answered my questions with the correct answer even if it seemed like a dumb question at the time. Place must definatly be under new management since the aughts (2000's).

The people behind the counter were cold and uncaring, I went there with my fiance to get her ring resized and were told it would be 7 to 10 days, which we agreed to. They called us a few days later to tell us that a part of the ring would be damaged and would have to be removed in order to size the ring properly and we assured them it was no problem, now, several days later we go back to the store to pick up the ring and they tell us they couldn't resize it. So instead of calling us and explaining why they couldn't resize the ring, we go expecting it to be done and get nothing.
