This WAS a 5-star rating when I discovered a "hidden" beautiful new park and riverwalk in Beaver. Lovely brick walkways, decorative iron fencing, scenic views, and informative historical placards like others found around Beaver County. Geocaches, a dock for fishing, and a vast, green open field with a walking track around it. That was in the summer of 2016, when I was foolish enough to think that this site was a new greenspace to provide community enrichment.

Now Bridgewater Crossings is an eyesore, with massive construction underway for a series of huge, expensive condos for the elite. I'm so disappointed. What could have been a wonderful place for families to gather is actually just another gorgeous plot of land wasted on housing developments that are financially out of reach for the majority of the community surrounding it. The selfish greed of "the developer who shall not be named" shouldn't surprise me, as this is typical for that buyer...I just wish that for ONCE, he would consider doing something for the better of all, not just his own heavy pockets.
