This WAS a 5-star rating when I discovered a "hidden" beautiful new park and riverwalk in Beaver. Lovely brick walkways, decorative iron fencing, scenic views, and informative historical placards like others found around Beaver County. That was in the summer of 2016, when I was foolish enough to think that this site was a new greenspace to provide community enrichment.
Now Bridgewater Crossings is an eyesore, with massive construction underway for a series of huge, expensive condos for the elite. I'm so disappointed. What could have been a wonderful place for families to gather is actually just another gorgeous plot of land wasted on housing developments that are financially out of reach for the majority of the community surrounding it. Eventually. Maybe. After they take your money because the...

There is also a new restaurant there as soon as you enter the park. My toddler loves it here as well! She loves climbing on the rocks and playing in the sand. You will also see geese and maybe our two favorite ducks -who always swim...
