I can only speak for online experiences. Seems online shopping customers do not matter to this store. There are reasonable grounds to suspect owners are in my opinion are quick to take your money but not so eager to help you the customer save money you have earned as it appears. Owners appear ok with lining their pockets.

I recently earned a coupon and the store refuses to let me use it. I understand their online store is new. They refuse to let me purchase the items then refund me the coupon percentage back, create an online code for usage, etc. I keep being told owners will get back with me as they have to make this decision. I have tried calling a few times to speak to owners or general manager to see what can be worked out. But instead you will be meet with silence. Seems nobody cares to return your call or offer a solution.

I am unable to go inside of store to use coupon as I am no where near this store. The owners do not care and refuse to allow the coupons to be used it seems. Save your money there are plenty of other Clothes Mentors to shop online that have great customer service and allow coupons usage online.

*Owner called me only after seeing this review. I was very pleasant to owner but owner was very argumentative from the start and it went down hill fast. Appears he would only give me my coupon if I removed my review (he stated this more than once), Seems to have threatened me with no other Clothes Mentor will ever let me shop with them, wanted to know what I was doing with the product after my purchases (which is odd and none of your business), Appears he stated his stores are not doing well. Appears employees are leaving and seems he is thinking of having to shut down stores (unsure why that was being thrown at me), Seems my one star review was very odd for someone who only shopped at this store once (Which obviously was not appreciated). Seems he continued to threaten me with the fact he owns three stores and no one from Clothes Mentor will ever allow me to shop with them ever again. Clothes Mentor has a great selection of clothes, shoes, pocketbooks, etc. The prices are reasonable. The cashiers are quick to do transactions; I never wait in line a long time. Selling items to the store is a bit annoying though. You turn in the items you want to sell. You usually have to wait an hour or so for them to tell you how much they will pay you or if they will take your items. I've often had to leave a couple of items at the store and then come back to the store later the same day only to be offered a few dollars. Maybe it is worth it if you bring in a lot of clothes. It is definitely not worth your time if you only try to sell them a couple of things. Also, once I bought a pair of shoes from them and they didn't fit well once I started walking in them. When I went to sell them back, they told me they didn't buy shoes without brands even though I bought the shoes from their store in the first place. Strange. Overall, I...

this place was the WORST of worst place i’ve been to try to sell clothes to. waste of time. i came in about a week ago with a big bucket of clothes, they told me i had to be 18 or over to sell. bummer ok i’ll bring someone with me over 18. Next time i came was on my part where my over 18 yr old forgot her wallet so they couldn’t scan her license. so we said we would come back later. we came back with a license and they told us they don’t take clothes past 5. No warning when we came the first time. didn’t see none of this listed on their site and overall the worse experience i had and will not be returning. they wouldn’t let us open an account for next time as my 18 yr old has to be with me at all times? i hope there is better service for someone...
