First the customer service was not the best. I had ordered two Chai teas with brown sugar tapioca. They use powder and what taste like water. When it is supposed to be a milk tea. The chai flavor was not prominent at all! It taste completely watered down. There were very few (little to no tapioca pearls in my drink) not to mention they were not cooked properly. All of my tapioca pearls were too âtoughâ and tasted nothing like brown sugar. I got my first drink within about 15 minutes after ordering (still waiting on my second one almost 20-25 minutes later). Like they completely forgot I ordered a second drink and werenât making it. Once I took just one sip it was automatically a no for me, I tried to drink it a little more, but it didnât get any better. I didnât feel like asking if they were in the process of making my second drink just because of how the first one taste. The staff also didnât ask if we weâre waiting on anything nor did they reassure us that the second drink was on the way or being made. The price is not worth it nor is the time you have to wait to receive your drink. Not to mention the aftertaste of the drink is not pleasant at all! I would not recommend this place if youâre looking to get some boba or try it for the first time. Their ice cream may be good, but I have yet to try it. The boba is a no for me. Maybe if the flavors were stronger and more pleasant along with it being made with milk, like a milk tea instead of powder and water, then my review may have been a little different. 0/10 was not impressed or...
Read moreI wish that I could give less than one star for this business, but that is not an option. My family came to get bubble tea on 08/15/23. We ordered three drinks and two of the three were not consumable. The caramel mocha and the almond latte were horrible. We have gotten bubble tea from many places in many different places, so we know what we like and we know what it should taste like. These two drinks did not just not taste like the flavor that it should⌠The only way I know how to describe the flavor is like watered down spoiled milk. We tasted it after walking into the parking lot and my daughter had to spit hers out because it was so bad. I immediately went back in and asked if I could have them remade or change the flavor because they tasted really bad. I was told that there is no refund or exchange. The lady behind the counter called either a manager or the owner and told them the situation. I was then told that I could have a discount if I wanted to purchase another one. I came home and looked for a way to contact the owner before writing a bad review as I usually do not write bad reviews if I can help it because I do not want businesses to suffer. He wrote me back asking for my phone number to call me. I gave him my phone number, but told him that I felt like my email had enough details in it for him and would he be refunding my $20 that we spent. I have yet to hear back from him since. I would stay away from this place, because if you order some thing that is spoiled, they will not remake a different one or give...
Read moreThe staff was incredibly friendly but if you have high expectations for boba / bubble tea, this is not the place. I frequent boba in all areas I travel to so I feel pretty confident in critiquing here. They make their own boba but it was very tough to chew. The flavors didn't taste like ones I've had before and I can appreciate variations in flavors but these were unlike any I've had and they did not taste good. It was very watered down. There were very limited toppings/additions. This was sadly by far the least pleasant boba drinks we have ever had and our group had 4 different flavors. The ice cream looks awesome so if I ever come here again it will be to try that but as of right now, my review is on the boba.
In response to who replied: I went through and read over others reviews after the fact and your responses and was pretty disappointed, instead of taking the opportunity to apologize immediately and offer to make things right, it's as if the responses are just defensive and a way to market yourselves and your products more than a genuine apology, for that reason alone, it warrants me not returning to this location, even to try the ice cream. Instead, how about listen to what every customer is saying, good and bad, and respond accordingly, there's no need to use those opportunities to minimize valid complaints just because you do not agree with them. I have been to well over 100 boba/bubble tea places and to be fair, I always choose the same flavors, which allows me to be pretty credible in...
