I went to this Starbucks on Cherry Road Nr Winthrop University. I ordered a veinte shaken iced expresso (a large one). I asked for half iced and I like my coffee dark. Jacob gave me a large cup which was half-filled. When I inquired why, he told me he couldn’t add more expresso because they rely on the milk to fill the cup? What? Another barista (female with black hair) came over and stated the same thing. I stated after two sips I’d be finished with a large drink I paid for when I should have ordered a grande(small). I asked her to give me a little more milk since I wanted more in the cup. She took the original one I had, discarded it and proceeded to make a new one. All the while, she has an attitude and ignores me when I ask for half ice in the cup. She makes a new one with more milk(which is not what I wanted) and sarcastically says, “is this good”? I take the drink and say thank you. Oh, by the way, she totally forgets to bring my warm banana bread I payed for until I reminded her. Needless to say, I will not be going back here. Read moreSo Saturday I stopped by this Sartbucks to get a coffee to push me through to lunch and since I had not eaten breakfast. I am on keto so I got an iced coffee with heavy cream, sugar free syrups, and cinnamon. While ordering the drive-thru guy starts laughing and I assumed he was having a separate conversation with someone inside. After a pause, I finished my order and he began laughing at me and says, "Girl, why you gotta be so extra?" I will admit mine is a little more complicated than most, but if they had keto friendly or low carb drinks already on the menu , I would order them. Instead I have to customize mine. I love coffee and it is what gets me through the day, especially iced! And to top this story off, the guy was so busy laughing he typed my order in wrong! So, from now on you'll find me somewhere other than this starbucks. If they make rude comments to customers such as this, I am not setting myself up to be made fun of any longer....

I ordered a Caramel Ribbon Crunch and it wasn’t busy I was the only car in the drive through and they gave me the drink busted like the lid couldn’t even close it was leaking as she was giving it to me and didn’t give me napkins or even ask to give me anything . I called the store and the management was terrible tried to accuse me of cussing at them when I didn’t even say anything bad , I turned around and went back for them to act like I wanted a whole different drink all I asked for was a new lid and some napkins. I was waiting while they were rolling their eyes and trying to make every excuse on why I couldn’t wait for my drink.
