Excellent service. Was greeted with a welcome hello and if there was something they could help us find as soon as we entered the facility. Our sales person was knowledgeable and answered all of our questions.The delivery staff was very nice and gave us instructions of how to work our new dishwasher. One of the great features is that we didn’t have to wait many weeks before we could have our dishwasher delivered. We Will certainly go back to Rushmore. Many years ago, when we purchased our house we went to Rushmore and we never got a greeting or how can we help you. I spoke with Randy and he explained thier staffing issues that make it not possible to get to all of Rock Springs, so they are focusing on customers who purchased from them. My lovely bride prefers GE products. Our kitchen range finally failed after 22yrs. The microwave was acting strangely. In our search, our daughter suggested we try Rushmore. We found a variety of quality products at prices below what we found at the nation wide store. Delivery was in days, not weeks. The sales gal answered every questionwe had. even with comparisons to other models. The delivery guys did a fantastic job of installing and going over uses and operation for both appliances.
