My son said his steak fajita burrito was the best he’s ever had in his life. He was very impressed with the place. My vegetarian burrito was definitely disappointing, having only a soggy tortilla and roasted vegetables with a little bit of runny sauce on top. Yes, I had opted not to have the beans and rice because the beans were supposedly laden with lard and and I don’t eat white rice ever. There was also cream cheese. I told her yes I would have the cream cheese if It didn’t have gelatin in it. I didn’t see any cream cheese on the burrito. She also asked me if I wanted cheese, but she seemed irritated from having to go back-and-forth to talk to the chef, so I just opted out, because I don’t eat any cheese that uses animal rennet because I eat kosher. So no cream cheese, no cheese. And the little bit of runny sauce on top of it just kept me from being able to pick it up and eat it in my hand, which is what I think of when I think of a burrito. I ate it, because I hadn’t had anything to eat all day—we’re traveling—but I don’t have anything good to say about it. It was mostly just some green peppers with a few onions. Wow! So disappointing. Especially after being told there were vegetarian options. I had my son call ahead to ask if they have vegetarian options and was told yes. But when I got there, there were no vegetarian options. The waitress had no idea about any vegetarian options, and she told me that they use lard in the beans. There were beans with every “vegetarian” option. The beans are the protein and a substantial part about of the meal for somebody who hasn’t eaten all day. So either the cook was dishonest, or the waitress was uninformed. I don’t think there’s an excuse for either one. The upside were the frozen fruit bars that we had afterwards, from the Mexican food store side of the business. These were a little freezer bar, and they cost a little over two dollars. They were not only delicious but also very colorful. I really enjoyed that! I think it would be worth stopping in during the summer just to have one...

We were in Rock Springs for Father's Day and I was allowed to pick the restaurant for lunch. Based upon the Google reviews and my love for good Mexican food we went here. That was a big mistake. The place is very run down but appeared to be clean and I try to not judge a book by it's cover.

The menu items are what you would expect and all of our meals came with rice and beans. That is, after we finally got our meals. My wife and two kids waited 65 minutes after we ordered. Once we thought we were getting our lunch. Food was placed on the table and, having not been there before we were politely waiting for everyone's meal to be delivered, moving the plates on the the table and so forth. Then, without warning, the waitress grabs the plates saying only, "Sorry." and moves them to another table. I think the people at the other table were as shocked as us but started eating anyway.

The food is WAY over priced as the 4 of us cost $55 with no drinks. The chips were stale and the salsa not even as good as something out of a jar. The rice was inedible with hard pieces of corn and peas. The Chili Colorado was so bad we couldn't even eat it.

In all, I wish I could rate negative stars. None of us enjoyed the experience or food. It was one of the worst dining experiences we've ever had.

I highly suggest using extreme caution going here. I would have rather eaten at Arby's. Now that's...

DO NOT EAT HERE!!!

Should of turned around and walked out add soon as we walked in and smelt a smelly smell of a smell!!! We ordered queso, which I think was from a can, it was grainy strange looking and tasting, very cold so we j put it on the end of the table pretty much untouched, the waitress culd tell we didnt like it and asked if we wanted white queso, we said yes, she brought back the same queso, she just added cheese and salsa im guessing. The water tasted as bad as it smelled inside, I was getting nauseous from the smell alone. Fajitas were ok I guess. This is probably the most authentic mexican food place I have been to and unfortunately I'm not talking about the food. Waitress was very nice tho, I'll go to taco...

This place is truly fantastic! The best Molcajete stew I have ever had! Absolutely great! Also ordered Ceviche', which was also fantastic! All fresh ingredients prepared perfectly. Even the chips and salsa were great! I can't say enough about how impressed I was by this little restaurant in the middle of Wyoming. Service was wonderful and friendly and prices are very reasonable. Go here! Order anything with confidence. My friend had seafood enchiladas that were also excellent.

This place was amazing! Amazing service, delicious food, fun atmosphere. My only complaint, and it's not really a complaint but more a recommendation, they need a variety of hot sauces. I asked for the hottest sauce they had. I'm a chili head so it was mild at best to me. 5 stars for sure. Meals were large and very reasonably priced. I'll come again if we ever travel through Rock Springs, I'll just bring my own hot sauces 😉
