T.J. Maxx — Local services in Rock Springs

I am extremely disappointed in the employees and management at the Rock Springs, Wy T.J.Maxx!

I was asked if I wanted to sign up for a Credit Card by a guy at the register I said no thank you. He then asked again if I was sure I didn’t want to sign up, I again said no but it didn’t stop him from asking me again! so this time I told him no means no I don’t want to sign up for a credit card! He then decided to call up a manager on himself where he then proceeded to ask me again in front of his manager this time, I ignored him and then spoke with the manager.

Asking someone once or even twice I can understand but asking someone the same question 4 times is absolutely ridiculous!! The only thing the manager said when I explained to her what happened was have a nice day! I don’t remember the last time I wrote a bad review but management didn’t seem to care about what happened and when I tried to call corporate to report it they are on a 3 hour lunch break so I would have to call back at 2pm (it was 11am when I called) so that is why I chose to file my complaint here.

Please stop harassing your customers to sign up for a credit card and if they say no then no means no so just stop asking!!

My daughter got herself a hair towel over the weekend and when we got home and opened it it was ripped. I didn't think anything of it and placed it back in the bag with my reciept to take back. They refused to take it back because it was opened. How the heck are we suppose to know before hand if it is ripped or not if we don't open it? They refused to refund my money. So humiliated and embarrassed was treated like a thief and over charged for an item I didn't buy. Was told that I wasn't over charged when I in fact was. Not only was I embarrassed and humiliated in front of everyone in line. I had to wait for my refund with the guy smirking who called me a liar basically in front of everyone. If you look broke or dress broke you will be treated like a thief. I'd rather go to Salt lake atp where I'm not treated like trash and embarrassed in front of everyone at the store.
