Horrible quality.. horrible customer service.. people are always on their phone and never wash their hands. I saw one guy come from the bathroom and not wash his hands. The district manager is the problem. There is no standard. This is me speaking as someone who’s worked at kfc as a district and store manager. This person runs all the ones in Wyoming and is extremely lazy. The one I. Casper doesn’t even cook food after 7pm. When I worked at the one in Casper as the GM I nearly had a heart attack at age 36 so I quit. Don’t water your money trust me.
Now I quit because i wasn’t allowed to hire people at a livable wage and all the employees that I gave a pay raise to of about 3 dollars each on average. Really didn’t deserve it. The leadership is horrible and I served in the army. I’ve worked at a different franchise KFC over 15 years total.
I obviously had another job before I quit. But after I sent that email the District manager Jim became unruly. And turned staff against me, held meetings without me and validated the reason I was leaving.
I was there for about 3-4 months and sells during my time were the highest this location has ever experienced. I have screenshots of all conversations with all staff from the lowest to the highest.

Read moreThis is the 13th KFC that I've been to. I am trying to eat at as many KFC's across as America, and then the world, as I can. I also ate here on a Friday. So I was a little scared since my 13th KFC.... on a Friday. Get what I'm saying? I also experienced sticky floors... but that's only because I accidentally dropped my soda. (Friday the 13th vibes, big time.) I was so embarrassed. Before I could even play it off like it wasn't me who dropped the drink, an employee immediately came out and cleaned up my mess and reassured me it was OK. Victor is right about the food not even being close to hot.... but that's only because after I spilled my drink I was literally too embarrassed to eat there so I asked for a box, took my meal and booked it. But by the time I got back to the hotel, regained my composure, and finally felt okay enough about the situation to build up an appetite again, it had been about an hour and by that time, my meal was cold. It tasted just as good cold though. Shoutout to the employee who played it off like it was totally normal for customers to dump large drinks all over the floor. Read moreOkay. So it's fast food chicken. If you don't know what to expect walking in this place, I'm going to have to ask you to come out from under your rock a bit more often. So what's the deal with my five stars, then? Let me break this down for you.
I've been to KFC more times than I can count. I love chicken. I'd marry it, but explaining to the courts why I just ate my wife, leaving a pile of bones behind, is not my idea of a good time. This place, though. Everything has ALWAYS been fresh. The mashed potatoes has literally been hot enough to meet the flesh off my nutrition hole. Doesn't matter how fast or slow things are, or what time of day. Even on the buffet line. And I hate buffets.
So, ol' Bluh liked the food. Great. That's not all, though. The service team is excellent. Always professional. Always happy. Makes me think they keep hired thugs in the back room, making sure everyone keeps on smiling, except it doesn't look like a smile faked for the paid muscle. We haven't had a bad experience, here.
