JoGee’s Juice Bar — Restaurant in Rock Springs

Rating this place a 1 star, not because of the taste of their food, but because of the dishonesty in their pricing. We called ahead and order and they got it wrong (forgot to add chicken to a quinoa bowl). They additionally charged us $1 because we asked for the avocado to be on the side. We were not told that we were going to be charged extra for having an item on the side. We were also charged an additional 50 cents for dressing on a wrap - I didn't know the dressing didn't come on the wrap and they didn't tell me that there was a charge for it. We only noticed after we got our food and looked at the receipt that we were charged extra for these items. We walked back in to ask about the missing chicken in our quinoa bowl and for a fork... So we also asked about the extra charges. The person at the counter said her boss "makes her charge" the additional $ for the items mentioned above. My husband asked "did you tell my wife there was an added charge?" and the person responded "I don't know." If they simply told us on the phone that there was an added charge, we would have just said leave the avocado off the order and don't give us any dressing.

Separately, the website doesn't list the menu, so I had to squint my eyes at the Google reviews to see if I could figure out what to order. This place is rated well so we figured we'd at least be getting something good. I took clearer pictures and posted them on this review so others can see them; regardless, I wouldn't recommend this...

This was quite the treasure find! While getting stranded in town due to interstate closers. This was right down the way from Holiday Inn Hotel. Perfect place to stroll and stretch your legs to fill up on super fresh and healthy choices. We enjoyed the quinoa bowls, smoothies, fresh juice and a shot. The music playing was fun and calm easy to hold a conversation with others. The service was top notch as everything was made to order. The lady who helped us was very knowledgeable on what shots would help boost energy or help healing. I would have taken pictures but it smelled so good once we got it and it was absolutely perfect after hitting the gym. Thank you for being here and giving healthier options for those...

JoGee’s is a true gem! This place is a prime example of the exemplary quality of delicious, healthy foods made available by wonderful mom and pop shops around the country. I love supporting businesses like JoGee’s in the positive impact they make in their communities by encouraging healthy eating and use of locally sourced, quality ingredients. I highly recommend JoGee’s for their delicious fresh pressed juices and smoothies. The staff were very friendly and professional, the facility was extremely clean and well maintained, and the atmosphere was charming. I had both the Hoback fresh pressed juice with kale and the Green River smoothie with coconut milk....
