My husband went to get the tag alarm of a shirt that he purchased which never beeped as he left the store. When he went to get it removed and stated this shouldnât happen.. you need to be more attentive to your customers. And her reply was â who worked hereâ?? Iâm a customer I donât know who the employees wereâ⌠and he gave all the reasons and explanations and she said.. have a good one. he returned a little unsettled by her response to ask whoâs the manager⌠she says Iâm the manager!! My husband says you are.. well you should be an example for all your employees⌠she stayed quiet and said Oh!!!So when sheâs asked she still didnât correct nor apologize for it. But she didnât forget to ask who was working, to see who could be blamed for the alarm being left there. She was quick to ignore my husbandâs reply that was stating you still didnât apologize. There is major lack of training on your managers that are not able to handle professionally and respectfully a customers request or complaint. Itâs a shame for the company. We love the store and shop here very often to have a manager have the rudest, unkindest attitude you need to look to hire people better trained to work with...

He was dreading it and we had pushed off as long as we could - we decided to pop into Express just to see what they had. I could not be more grateful we did, because we had the pleasure of meeting Michael, who knew exactly what we needed. He was patient, caring and beyond helpful with a great personality to boot. I cannot express just how wonderful of an employee he is. Truly. Running several retail outlets myself, I would be ecstatic to have employees as wonderful as Michael working for us. We went in to exchange a suit with by brother and the girls had a horrible attitude the whole time. I later grabbed a few dresses to try on. I waited over ten minutes for someone so come open the fitting room even though there were 4 people on the floor and only us and another lady in the store.
