At first I was hesitant to hire them because we are a small company with a limited budget and, at first sight, Panurgy looked like a company servicing much larger accounts. But they were the only ones available the next day so...I took the plunge, bracing for what I thought would be a substantial xpense. Boy was I wrong! Their tech installed a brand new business quality desktop, transferred all our data and programs to it, cleaned and reloaded the software on our old, ailing computer so that we ended up with two, ready to go Desktops in less than three hours! The cost? Under $1600! I could not believe my eyes. I thought they actually forgot a "0" at the end.
The tech they sent, Andrew, was not only extremely professional efficient and courteous but he answered patiently all of our questions and provided valuable advice. Best of all, while he was doing his work, we were still able to use one of the computers and carry on with our routine, thus saving valuable peak time. Thank you Andrew. To say that you were great would be an understatement!
I strongly recommend Panurgy to any business, large or small, that need to upgrade or refresh their network or even a single PC or Laptop. Too bad I can only give them 5 stars. They definitely deserve...
Read moreSome of the worst customer support I have dealt with to date. Shipped them an AVR receiver after generating an RMA. After almost a month of waiting for an update I called and they then emailed me a statement saying parts were not available and I could either pay to have the unit returned or they would scrap it. I was told by the rep that the unit was 10+ years old when it is only 3 years old. They are argumentative and talk down to me on the phone. I contacted their parts supplier per their recommendation and was told the part IS in fact available. Since then I have spent a month and 7+ phone calls trying to get a repair quote. Each time they give me some excuse why haven't sent it yet. My last call I was told they would have the quote to me the same day. 1.5 weeks later the same guy is telling me he is still waiting on info. I even spoke with a woman who said she has been the manager for over 10 years. She assured me she would find out what is going on and get back to me right away. Never heard from her again.

A pure waste of time asking for service, I disregarded the reviews thinking it was probably a fluke to get a one-star rating from a disgruntled customer. Standard issue response took min 5-10 business day to get any straight answers, its a bureaucratic in-personal mess. It has now wasted two months to decide they never had or could obtain the part after they said they had ordered the replacement part a month ago?! The "unavailable" no longer made "part" is for a brand new Midas 32... right... being listed as a MusicTribe "Offical MIDAS Service Center Location" - U might want to consider another electronic repair company no matter what you're bringing here, specially packaged customer...
