Tuesday 11/5/24....

As you can see, I dropped my 2 year old phone and due to the damage, the screen was useless. All I had was colored bars, uncontrollable scrolling texts, emails, photos, etc. Every time I attempted to touch the screen, for whatever reason it would send heart emojis to half my contacts....wasn't good and will require explanations to many of my business customers..

I went to UBreak and ending up being MeDissapointed. They offered 7-10 day turn times and the cost was more than the phone was worth.

Went to Xfinity (my service provider) and was told I need to buy a new phone. Sadly the phone I had was too damaged to port over my information so I should take it to UBreak....out the door I go.

After 20 minutes I managed to shut the phone off and was committed to finding better options the following day. On the way home I stopped at Valli Produce to fill a grocery list that was unfortunately in my disabled phone. Unknown to me, inside the main doors there is a small kiosk shop called A1 Phone Repair. I had nothing to lose so I showed the owner my phone with the unpowered cracked screen and he simply replied....no problem. By this time I had grown accustomed to disappointment so taking 5 minutes more to delve into his process was not going to make my day any worse.

The owner, Brandon, turned on my phone, did a quick assessment , asked a couple follow-up questions and said it would be around $100 to which I said...how long will it take?? He said tomorrow, Wednesday (11/6/24) at 1:30. Keep in mind this is now 5:15 PM on Tuesday! Brandon said he could have my parts overnighted and the phone repaired by the following day/time as promised.

I paid the man and figured I'd see the phone in a few days....fingers crossed.

Well the call didn't come the next day at 1:30 pm as promised....it came the next day at 11:00 am. Everything looked perfect and functioned like the day I bought it. I could not be more impressed with Brandon and the service he provided. When I left I asked for a stack of business cards to hand out to friends and family.

Bottom line is phones break. It's never expected. It's a huge hassle.

Save yourself some pain and suffering by calling these guys FIRST.

Now I have to start the task of explaining those heart emojis to everyone affected.....talk about pain and suffering!

This was by far the best experience I had with phone repairs. I had a new born baby born a few weeks prior to my iPhone 11 Pro Max falling into a sink. The right corner of the screen opened up and got water into it. Unfortunately I lost access to my phone along with precious baby photos. Unfortunately iCloud did not get backed up.

I came to A1 Phone Repair with the hope that they would be able to get access to my phone pictures. They went above and beyond! In less than 1 day I was able to get all of my photos back. I can’t thank them enough. These precious memories mean so much to me and my family.

The price was definitely reasonable. But I felt the need to give more — because of how much this repair meant to me and my family.

Dropped my phone at Food Truck Tuesday last night. I was so bummed! Since it was the evening, most repair places were already closed. I called around a few places and I was quoted the most affordable here. Once childcare was secured, I was able to drop by at 4pm and was served immediately. Did some grocery shopping inside Valli produce and phone was fixed before my shopping was done! 10/10 highly recommend repair person, Brandon. $110 for iphone screen replacement with the tempered glass.
