My daughter n law and son have booked several parties at FLOW. We never had an issue. This weekend we celebrated my Grandsons 4th birthday.. There were his 2 sibilings and 9 yr old uncle. Total of 4 kids. My daughternlaw reserved and paid for 2 hrs of jump. We ordered pizza to be delivered Since you don't offer food and there's absolutely nothing on your website that says we cannot bring in food. We were approached by a manager who told us if we planned to eat that pizza we had to leave. Or the pizza had to be taken outside because it isn't fair to the others who reserved a room because they can eat inside their room. That's what they pay for even though the food is brought in from an outside source. We did not expect or ask for any decorations. Utensils napkins etc. It was simply pizza. so my son proceeded to take the pizza out of the building with the children. Not getting all to eat at this point , I was extremely upset but we carried on for the sake of my grandson wanting to have a little bit of fun. We also had Cupcakes for a cake. Very small amount we were told if we planned to eat them. We had to leave or take them outside. They were not allowed to be eaten at a table At this point I had asked the manager. Is there any open rooms that we can simply go in? I had to pay more just for half an hour to 40 mins to eat Cupcakes. However, of course I had to pay $43. We did not ask for any help. I even offered to help clean it. We just needed to be able to eat Cupcakes. Now keep in mind there is nothing at all on the website. Not one piece of infirmation that states. You cannot bring in food. In fact, under the party section, it says outside food is welcome. Now on that fairness I can understand that's under the party packages. So my point is that there is still nothing from the top to the bottom of that website. That says you cannot bring an outside food or outside drink during any stay or time at the jumping park. My point to this review is that I think it was completely bogus that we had to be shunned like that and talk to like that, and my son had to take out the Little Caesars, pizza . Also that we could not eat Cupcakes. But the kicker is we could have opened gifts!!!!. She said that is not the problem. You can open gifts. I don't understand that at all. It's frustrating because we've been coming there at least for a years and a 1/2 now. From multiple birthday parties. I drive from Milwaukee. They drive from Janesville and it's always been nice. And I just think this is ridiculous that we had to take out our pizzas that were paid for already. We had to pay for a few minutes to be in a room to open or actually just to eat Cupcakes!!. That's what it was for so I paid $43 to eat Cupcakes. Bad business in my opinion, customer service not so great. Just disappointing. If any manager or general manager would like to reach out to me Feel free . Please keep in mind again. There was 4 small kids there was 2 or 3 pizzas. We were drinking water and sprite bought from your facility there was a few adults and Cupcakes that was the problem only the food but we could open gifts in front of everyone and that wasn't a problem. I don't understand because you don't even offer food at your facility. So why couldn't we bring it in ? We didn't even have enough people or kids to reserve a full party. And why is it that the party revolves only around food in your rooms and not gifts? It was hurtful embarrassing and almost ruined the day, honestly . We reserved tickets online we reviewed the website. It didn't say one thing about not bringing in food. And we drove all that way. I hope a general manager reads this and can get back to me and we can talk about...
Read moreThis is a message from a concerned mother! I love bringing my toddler to flow and she love coming here with her cousins/ friends. I had even done her birthday party here but what I experienced today was horrific. it's not out of the norm for kids to go away from parents eyes while they're jumping and usually after we look for them we find them somewhere inside the trampoline jumping. I was horrified when I couldn't find my 3 year old daughter and her 3 year old friend anywhere inside the the trampoline. I was talking to my friend while our girls were jumping and within a minute they were nowhere to be seen. I started looking for them everywhere and stayed calm until they were nowhere to be found inside the trampoline area. I asked the guys who were standing by the entrance if they have seen two girls walking down they stairs and clearly they were not paying attention so they didn't know. my heart started racing I started to shout my daughter's name and thank goodness my daughter and her friend came from the corner of front desk where riding toys are. I was furious because to my understanding these guys and the guard is there to make sure kids are safe and they don't leave without their parents. but according to one of the guys who worked there said no that's not our job. our job is to see only inside the trampoline and not stop kids (little toddlers) who could be exiting without their parents. Now mind it all of this happened during Glow In the Dark time where any sick person could have taken our kids to the corner and done something horrific or our girls could have walked out the automatic door and god forbid could have gone out or hit by a car in the parking lot. The most frustrating part was when I am trying to make them understand my point they said they're your kids your responsibility Yes I know that but I never thought these guys are standing there just to talk to each other and not for our kids safety. If I had known that these guys are letting little toddlers exiting without their parents I would never even left girls side. well lesson learned for me but it was clear that these workers still didn't take this incident seriously & getting paid by the Flow for being irresponsible...
