Another great meal and experience!

I enjoy my salad with crutons. The normal garden salad doesn't include them, but the Ceasar Salad does. Our waitress and the cooks created a salad to my order that isn't on the menu. How nice to have a restaurant that wants your dining experience to be as you like it!

Service was extremely friendly and fast. We were in for dinner on a Thursday evening. They were busy, but we were seated in just a few minutes. There wasn't any delay in the delivery of our meal choices.

We will come back for more.

VERY Satisfied!

We hadn't eaten at a Red Lobster, and after seeing their ad, we decided that seafood would be just right. The hostess, waitress, and kitchen staff did an excellent job all around.

We were seated in just a few minutes, even though there were three couples in front of us. Our waitress took our drink order right away. Shortly thereafter, she took our appetizer selection. Both arrived before we had decided on our main course. We weren't rushed at all, but given attentive service.

Once our main course was ordered, we enjoyed our appetizer and drink. We were given the option to have the salad with the meal or before. We chose the latter, and it arrived as we were finishing the appetizer, excellent timing.

The lobster, salmon, shrimp, zucchini noodles, rice, and vegetables were perfect! The sauces and melted butter complemented everything very well.

After paying our bill, we changed our mind and ordered a dessert. The service and food continued to be exceptional.

We plan to return many times.

May 2023, Wow haven't been to red lobster in over a year, the prices have really gone up. We were celebrating a birthday. Not impressed with the Caesar salad taste or the wilted lettuce, biscuits were undercooked, but the meal was very good. Atmosphere gets three stars, because we were sitting next to a party of 10 that forgot that they were at a restaurant, they were rude and loud the entire time.

Revisited RED LOBSTER 01/20/24 We had to wait a little, no big deal. But then a couple of 2 walked in and were seated before us and another couple that was awaiting. We chose all you can eat shrimp. 15 minutes we received salad, soup and biscuits. It was good, we asked for more biscuits they never came, 30 minutes later we got our meals, I informed the waitress that my order was wrong, she got all flustered walked away went to another table picked up a tray with dirty plates came back took my plate was gone 5 minutes came back and gave me the same plate and told me to eat it, she would bring me the shrimps I wanted. I am not usually lost for words, but she was older and I didn't want to complain, so I ate my linguine with shrimp, and waited for my coconut shrimp forever, my husband placed an order for three different shrimp only received 1, we asked for biscuits three times before they arrived, mind you no apology just her comment that nobody wants to help her. I could see that she was overwhelmed, RED LOBSTER is not cheap, but when you look around and others are getting the service you deserve it's maddening. I have noticed customer service has gone to hell in stores and...

My lobster was not cooked all the way, but the server made me another piece right away and it tasted good. There was a long wait and you could not make phone reservations. There were a lot of empty booths but servers were ending their shifts before closing time while there was still people waiting to be seated. I am hoping my next visit there will be more organized and not such a stressful experience. Staff's conversations in front of the customer about tables available yet servers closing their section just added axiety to those that were waiting.. The people that were waiting in the waiting area with me showed equal frustration. One of the couples had shared with me their experience March 2020 that a single manager was taking orders and cooking the food...all orders, grub hub orders, call-ins, etc. Sounds like they really need to get a team that will work thru thick and thin. In the future, I am also hoping they go back to a menu which includes tossed salad, asparagus, and the items that have been deleted from the old menu.
