Rasmussen University - Rockford — Attraction in Rockford Township

The best decision I ever made was to go back to college. After looking at multiple Information Technology/Computer Science options in the Rockford area, I decided that Rasmussen seemed the most flexible, affordable, and reasonable option. With just a few clicks of a mouse to request some information, I received a call from a dedicated Program Manager that was happy to answer all my questions, guide me through the admissions process, help me apply for financial aid, etc. By the 1st day of class, I already had an Advisor that was there to guide me through the program, answer any question, and guide me through the considerable resources offered by the college. Rasmussen even offered me a job, which I took, and I got to know the staff and faculty personally over the years. I can say that I am proud to have worked with such a great, dedicated, professional, and hard working group.

I love Rasmussen University - Rockford! Jamie Wallace, my admissions rep was very helpful. She got straight to the point (no sales pitch like other universities I spoke with), she answered all my concerns, was empathetic to my personal life situation and offered positive solutions. The process was fast and painless. She has continued to check in on me throughout the school year as well. My student advisor Rober Hill has been amazing as well. Answering my questions, providing resources, checking in regularly. They make me feel like I'm not alone on this journey

Any other college I looked into for the same or similar program expected you to be in the classroom full time and the clinical were within 100 miles. That's not possible for many people, especially those with children. I love the online/hybrid options that Rasmussen offers.
