Appliance Corner — Local services in Rockford Township

I have used this place several times. Most recent was a fridge purchase. I have always been happy with their products and service. Always trusted them. This last time, I purchased a fridge for $700. They delivered it on its side. Which, is a big no no. When I mentioned this to them, they said it was no big deal. Well, Got this back in March this year. Well, about a month ago, it stopped working. 30 day warranty expired. $700 to fix it as it sprung a leak. A Freon leak which caused an issue with the compressor. Most expensive appliance I ever bought. Had it for less than three months and now it’s garbage. Won’t be buying from them again or recommending to friends and family anymore like I used to.

Update: I did contact them as requested. He came out and looked at it. He was very nice and after confirming the purchase, he found out who delivered it and let me know that that person no longer works for them. He was very knowledgeable and is willing to make it right. After talking to him and as nice as he was, I am confident in returning for future purchases and continuing to recommend them to family. I was looking for a store that sold used stoves / appliances and there were many in the Rockford area. I needed a stove asap and chose Appliance corner because not only were the reviews good, but they also do repairs as well . The guys were very friendly and professional. I picked out the stove that I wanted . The price was very reasonable especially for a Samsung stainless steel gas stove and they also gave a 60 day warranty as well.
