This is probably the first review I’ve ever made in my 31 years of living. It had to be done. I’ve done my research and talked to many people about some items I wanted to sell and just get rid of. Spoke with people on the phone and in person. Out of everyone , Jamal was probably the only person who actually cared. He took the time to help me out as much as possible on the phone. Very kind and professional. So after talking to him, I decided to go in and see what we could come up with. I showed up with my son, and just from the start Jamal was polite and very welcoming. Not only that, but you can tell he actually cares about his customers. He’s very knowledgeable and also will break everything down to you as to where he got his numbers from the items you want to get rid of. Never once did he make me feel pressured into making a decision I didn’t want to. My son is 3, and was running around like a mad man hahah and never once did he make me feel like my son was a problem. I really needed some extra cash because work was dead for a while. Brought in some gold and a bunch of power tools. He took the time to make sure everything was real and legit and gave me some good numbers that made me very happy. The process was quick and painless. I never felt rushed or pressured into selling something I didn’t want to. Very patient. I like to count my money just to make sure everything was there. Not for any specific reason , sometimes it’s just good to check things over. And when I did, he never made me feel any type of way while doing so. He asked if I needed anything to put my money in because I did sell a lot of items. He even offered to walk my son and I out just because we were carrying a large amount of money. All I can say is, if you want to make some extra money, and you have legitimate items, Jamal is the guy. I met him that day, and I felt like I’ve known him my whole life. The best way I can describe him is he’s authentic. He’s gonna be real with you, and he’s gonna explain to you where he got his numbers and not make you feel any type of way. 5 stars. No questions.
