We recently celebrated my father's 89th birthday at the White Elephant Thai Cuisine in Huntingdon Valley, PA. As soon as we stepped through the doors, it was like entering a different world. The vibrant colors and aromas of fresh spices filled the restaurant with an aura of magic and delight! We were greeted warmly by our friendly server who took us to our table and shared all the specials they had on offer that night.

The menu had something for everyone; from mild to hot dishes, vegetarian or not - there was truly something for everyone. We decided to try some unique French-influenced We ordered the Ginger Salad with the most delicious ginger dressing we ever had. And the portion was enormous, enough for 4 people.

We had the Corn Cakes as an app and for the main courses we ordered the Sesame Tuna, Tutti Fruity Duck, and vegetarian Jungle 2 Jungle Thai dishes. Every bite was more delicious than the last - each dish bursting with flavor in every single mouthful! The portions were generous yet affordable so none of us left feeling hungry or have any regrets about trying out all these amazing flavors.

It's no wonder why White Elephant Thai Cuisine has been voted best Thai Restaurant in town four years running now!

They are a BYOB restaurant without a corking charge, so you can bring your favorite liquor, and they'll supply the glasses.

the meal was disappointing. the spring rolls were greasy, overcooked, and flavorless. there was no crisp crunchy aspect to them whatsoever. just sad AND soggy. the curry was just OK, but these two dense brown rice balls were just weird. overly starchy, clunky, and stodgy. I was expecting a container full of rice—normalcy—and seeing as how they charge an additional $2 for substituting brown rice for white rice, it was NOT worth the extra. In fact, they should have told the customers that their rice isn’t packaged like the normal Thai does it. I have had pretty lackluster meals, but this far exceeds disgusting.. To top it off, the order was for takeout, and they included NO cutlery, NO napkins. You shouldn’t take for granted that people are going home with the food. Ppl love crying out to support local establishments for the community, but I’m NOT in the business of spending my hard earned money to just to keep their lights on just to be served mediocre food. ... I Will never patronize this place again. zero out of ten stars. I would love to get...

This was my first time ordering from this restaurant. I didn’t know what to get everything I read sounded delicious. However, I got the Panang Curry GF. It was delicious. Oh my God they made it with a lot of love. My son ordered as well and he said the same thing. This is now our favorite place to eat from. I can’t wait to go in and sit. If anyone is skeptical.of eating here trust me you won’t be disappointed. I couldn’t rate for the atmosphere because I didn’t go in. Nevertheless, the food was with quick service our order came within the hour. We didn’t wait long at all. It might have been in 45 mins the food came hot not lukewarm. I definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone. Because it’s gluten free that’s the bonus. Please don’t let that be a deterrent to you. Order, then you will see for yourself. If I could rate it. It would be a 10/10 amazing...
