Taberu Ramen — Restaurant in Abington Township

always looking to check out new businesses, especially when they're right around the corner. arrived to an almost empty dining room. took our drink orders (soft drinks). they don't have iced tea? interesting. they served hot tea in a glass. like all they needed to do was nothing more than put it over ice. wow. eventually took our food order. while waiting to get served, I caught up on every bit of trivia for the past 3 years with my wife. if i ever come back, I'm bringing a copy of "War and Peace" for something to do while waiting to get served. Food finally arrived (I think we celebrated our anniversary while waiting). it tasted good. My beef dish was tougher to chew than my wife's chicken. Dim Sum was like nothing I've ever had before. (still, tasted good). 3 more tables arrived, was served and paid their check between when we placed our order and finally gave up and left. put cash on the table. hope it was enough, don't care if it wasn't. not going back, sorry. I'll stick...

We live just down the road, and there aren’t too many walkable, family-friendly restaurants nearby. We checked out the menu here and noticed they had some good kid options, so we decided to give it a shot.

We went for lunch. One of our kids loves ramen, so he went straight for the pork ramen. The other got the popcorn chicken — plus some really nice artwork to go with it!

My spouse ordered the teriyaki chicken and said it was excellent.

I got the Black Garlic Ramen and some pork buns. The buns are open-faced, which seems to be the trend these days (not my favorite style), but they were still really tasty — great sauce and just the right amount of cucumber.

The Garlic Ramen was fantastic — generous portions of meat, noodles, and toppings. Our whole family left full, happy, and satisfied. There’s a lot on the menu we still want to try, so we’ll definitely be back soon.

Oh, and the BOBA tea? So good! My kids are obsessed with the Thai Tea with mango popping boba and now we don't have to drive...

Brand new restaurant at a very original menu. We went there last night, they had some of the best food ever!! You can absolutely tell everything is made FRESH.. no Frozen crap in this restaurant.

There was an issue with service BUT This is only because it's a brand new First Time Restaurant owner and they just opened up. The staff needs a little time to sync up and get into rhythm. Yes we had to wait a long time for food but it was well worth the wait and I'm going back soon. They were all working very hard and trying to keep up. We went there on a Saturday night and they were slammed with lots of people.

Don't listen to people like this guy below John Melair.... he's probably just an entitled rude self-centered dude that can't be bothered to give somebody a chance.

Definitely going back here soon! Good...
