Fusion Audio Video — Local services in Rockport

I have a home audio visual system installed many years ago when we built our house. As the original company was unavailable to consult on an upgrade to my systems, I reached out to Fusion Audio Visual for their assistance. I first spoke to John, the showroom manager. He set me up with a home visit with their installation specialist, Jason. Jason was warm and friendly from the start. He took a look at my current system and had some ideas about upgrades. He clearly demonstrated great knowledge of the different TV options and the options to upgrade my audio system throughout the house. He complimented the original installer and was impressed that the current system had withstood the test of time without an upgrade. He made some recommendation on how we might go about upgrading the system. Importantly, he did not see fit to eliminate all the current equipment and start from scratch. Rather, he suggested keeping the surround speakers and the subwoofer as it was unnecessary to upgrade them. Jason had my confidence from our first interaction.

So John and Jason put together a proposal to upgrade my home audio visual systems. I next spent some time with John in the showroom. Again, as with Jason, John is kind and extremely knowledgeable about the products he sells. He had several TVs and other products in the showroom for me to take a look out. John when through the proposal line by line to ensure that I understood the rational behind the changes to my current system. A pleasant and exciting experience, seeing what my options were and how our system was going to grow.

At the time of installation, Jason and Spencer showed up on time and were ready to go to work. They did an amazing job of creating order out of the chaos of my existing AV closet. With there label maker, they created a logical system that even I can understand. They quickly disassembled my existing equipment and were able to utilize existing conduits to run the new wires needed for the new equipment. They customized the photo on the new remote and provided a tutorial on how to use the new equipment. The installed the Sonos system on the audio rack and removed the old audio system. Again, labeling all components. They provided a brief tutorial and references on how to operate the new audio system.

The new system is amazing from the TV to the audio systems. Fusion Audio Visual had the expertise to create a plan for my home, the skills to implement the plan, and then provided outstanding service during and after the install. They left the house just as they found it, removing all old equipment. I recommend them without reservation. This company is extraordinary. As a couple of analogue boomers, my husband and I had to scale a huge learning curve to get the great A/V system we wanted for our home. We visited the Fusion showroom and learned from Jason and John about the options, and were able to choose the components that would suit our small living room.
