Super yummy coffee house with breakfast and lunch options and incredible baked goods. The gorgeous setting and the friendly local family that runs this place make it so welcoming that you might just spend a good part of the day there sipping, nibbling and chatting with friends. A terrific addition to downtown Rockport Harbor. Plus, Seafolks sure know how to make a serious cup of coffee!

Great place! Just what you’d expect of a local coffee shop. It’s small and quaint with limited seating, but they do have some indoor and a small patio that has an amazing view of the harbor! The pastry’s we had were truly the best!! They were out of a couple of items so I’d say go early. The person taking our order was very friendly and out going. Overall, it was just a gem of a place!

Stayed in Rockport for a trip for a couple of days. We went two days in a row because we couldn’t justify trying anything else after having such a great experience. Specialty coffee was amazing and the breakfast sandwich was legitimately the best one I have ever had. Then pair it with ridiculous views of the harbor and great service and you can’t really beat this spot.

This coffee shop should easily be in your top 5 Maine coffee shops! I traveled most of the Maine coast for a trip, and while Portland seems to be the main hub for good coffee, this little gem provides a "specialty coffee" experience as well. The ambience in here — design, furniture, dishes, etc — is the best I've seen in awhile, the pastries (I had an almond croissant) were high end in terms of texture/taste/balance, and the light roast drip coffee + rose latte were both distinct and clear in terms of flavor/balance as well. The drip had some nice, though understated, berry acidity to it! The latte was smooth with no distracting bitterness.

The two reasons I rated the food as a 4 — the drip I got at first was not as flavorful as a Colombia/Ethiopia blend should be, but I asked for a sample once they put out a new batch and the acidity + flavor was drastically better. Also, the milk texture could have been better and there was not really distinct latte art. (This wasn't a deal breaker for me, but it might...

Great addition to Rockport. Beautiful setting, comfortable seating in small cafe overlooking the harbor. Family run, friendly people, in arguably the best location in Maine. Decent espresso based coffee and a nice selection of gourmet open-faced toasts, bagel and egg sandwiches. We had a delicious harissa bagel with local micro greens, avocado, feta, and on previous trips enjoyed the breakfast sandwiches. Certainly not without some kinks, especially given the size of the space, and array of toast offering, but hopefully the attention to detail of the design will translate to the service. The community has clearly been wanting a place like Seafolk to succeed and we will...

I came in at 1:30 on a Wednesday. The hours on the door said 8-2. The barista came to the register and said very little, and showed no emotion. I ordered a cortado. At no point did she display anything resembling customer service. I sat down to drink the cortado and she said, “I’m sorry, we’re closed.” I said that the hours on the door were until 2 and she said they were really understaffed. It was not busy at all. The three people in the shop at the time had just left. The idea that she wouldn’t let me sit and finish the drink I bought was pretty puzzling. The drink itself was ok, but not worth the abysmal...
