I really like their cookies but mind you - I love soft baked cookies and if that’s not for you then you will despise this place so go somewhere else. If you’re looking for crunchy cookies go somewhere else. People complaining about the texture of these cookies just don’t like this type of soft bake..I feel like they are messing up the reviews due to their personal (inferior 😜) taste. The flavors are good. I haven’t disliked a single flavor. Even the gluten free cookie is decent, as far as gf can be (but again it’s suuuuuper soft so don’t go in there expecting crunch). The service is fine, they seem receptive if they messed something up so just give them a chance to make it right. For me personally, I think it’s better than crumbl only because I feel crumbl’s cookies are disgustingly sweet, extremely unbalanced - all sugar, no character. This place, I can taste the butter, the quality of the chocolate, and the overall balance of ingredients to achieve a good super soft...

Very disappointed in this company for kicking out another cookie vendor at a community event. Do better.

Update (in response to Dirty Down’s reply): I want to clarify that the cookie vendor did not leave voluntarily. They were removed after your company, Dirty Dough, complained to the property manager. Without that intervention, the vendor would have stayed and participated in the event.

Only giving 2 stars instead of 1 because the staff was very nice and service was quick.

The cookies were lacking flavor. All of them. They’re topped and filled with so much stuff I don’t understand how each one had so little actual flavor. It was weird.

Don’t think I’ll be going back.
