Tldr: If you are looking for a chill place to enjoy your night look no further.

-Atmosphere 5/5 -Service 5/5 -food/drinks 5/5

I have fallen in love with this cozy bar. Located in Rockville town center, this little bar has become my favorite spot to hang out. The warm wooden backdrop and bar gives a comfortable feel. Bathrooms have always been clean and the bar is not at all sticky with residue. The music is not so loud as to completely ruin conversation amongst friends but also a great selection of music that i can definitely jam to. The place is absolutely lit for sports and the energy is always fantastic. As for service the bartenders really shine. Every server makes me feel like I'm a friend coming to their house to hang out. Friendly and fast service while keeping the mood light. Not only that but whenever someone has made others feel uncomfortable the bartenders come out with a quickness, in a respectful way to the person without humiliating them. The servers definitely make me feel safe and genuinely cared for. As for food and drinks, my God if I could rate higher than 5 stars I would. Thus far I've had the lamb sliders, boxty cakes, poutine, cheese curds, gouda burger, blue cheese sliders and bread pudding. Every item has been served at the appropriate temperature and texture AND come out quick while not sacrificing flavor. Every time I come Paul, Susie and Greg have made excellent recommendations for the perfect drinks to suit my mood and they are always smiling to greet me and my friends. I haven't met every bartender but based on the 3 I've met they truly are some of the best bartenders I've ever had the pleasure to meet. I have never run dry here whether it be drinks or water. Pricing of food and drink is very reasonable and most stuff can be shared. Added bonus is easy parking right around the corner by Dawson's market. Overall, I adore this spot and I hope all success to everyone here. Well done to the owner for hiring such...

Idk where to start, so this isnt in any order of frustration. First, and most certainly, last time i chill here. Why are the bartenders charging 20 off credit cards to just start a tab? You can do that for just a dollar and if people are sketchy and leave you can still bill it with whatever gratuity to charge the bank. Really no reason for that. What really killed the vibe was the "security" guy was trying to get me and some select people to leave at 1:30 when its obviously a 2pm close like you guys gotta chill. I went ALONE just minding myself after a long day and was finished with my tab at 1:25 after drinks and some food. I was being harassed to leave for the next 25 minutes from this dude while there were a bunch of trashed drunk folk outside not getting talked to at all. Like probably 15 loud and unbothered people. If you are just visiting the area do not come here, you might as well go to buffalo wild wings. They obviously cater towards the sketchy local crowd that comes in and wanna protect the sketchy people that come here on a regular basis. Your not acting hard doing all this bs LOL its pathetic and supporting negativity and bad people in the community. Do...

We recently met up with friends in Rockville, and they suggested trying out this place. While we are always happy to explore new places, this particular spot wouldn't have been our first choice. Nevertheless, we decided to make the most of the experience.

The interior of the bar offered limited seating, but we were fortunate to find a spot outside. The outdoor seating was delightful, and the location provided an excellent opportunity for people-watching, adding to the ambiance of our gathering.

However, we found the food to be somewhat underwhelming. The menu options were rather ordinary, and the dishes we ordered didn't leave a lasting impression. Despite the decent service and the staff checking on us regularly, the subpar food diminished our overall enjoyment.

On the positive side, it was evident that the bar had a local following, with regulars greeting each other on a first-name basis. While the place seems to have its appeal for the locals, it didn't quite meet our expectations.

I do feel kind of bad for giving it two stars as I'm sure this place probably hits for others.

This is just my...

My boyfriend and I decided to head to this place last night because they were opened late AND he'd been there before. I'm excited and I'm with bae. We check in with security and then head in. The atmosphere seemed cool. There was a good amount of people. BOTH bartenders saw me and my boyfriend. We walked over to the bar and BOTH bartenders walked by us the ENTIRE TIME. I walked over to one to request a menu and was still ignored BY BOTH BARTENDERS. BOTH BARTENDERS continued to provide service for the other guests they were more comfortable or familiar with. THEY EVEN SERVED GUESTS THAT CAME IN AFTER US!!!! They greeted them, gave them menus and served them drinks! My boyfriend and I were standing at the bar for about 10 minutes before he suggested we just leave. We walked down the street and got a VIP experience before we walked in! Needless to say, WE WILL NEVER SPEND OUR MONEY HERE. It's obvious with those two bartenders that we weren't even worth being greeted! BOTH BARTENDERS judged us as soon as we walked in. First impression is everything and I'm not impressed by anything at this establishment.

The Good: bangers and mash which I had been craving for a while perfectly hit the spot (especially with the fried onions), the bread pudding was DELECTABLE (happy we overcame our trepidation based on previous mediocre bread puddings at other restaurants), fish and chips were moist with a tasty breading, was reasonable to find seating and order on a Sat evening (be patient as there are only two very hard working people covering the floor AND bar), food was delivered fast and hot! The Just Ok: bathrooms were a little messy (but fully stocked), noise level with the music and other conversations made it a little difficult to hear (normal for a Sat night bar), friend's corned beef and cabbage was not great (but she is excited to try the cottage pie next time!) Context: three friends for dinner around 6:30 on a Saturday, didn't explore the drinks but looks like they have an extensive menu
