We have used Biz Wiz for business cards, flyers, window decals and most recently, a new sign for our business. We have always been impressed with how professional they are. They worked with us to design our logo and they were able to come up with ideas that matched what we were looking for. My girlfriend and I went into this store today around 12:30 to print something. A person was talking on the phone in the front and a person was sitting down at a desk in back. We were not greeted upon entering or told that anyone would be with us in a moment. Worse, we stood there for probably 7 to 10 minutes waiting for someone to say something to us but we got nothing. No one even made eye contact with us. It was like we were invisible. The people working here clearly don't know what customer service is. You should think twice about patronizing...
