Subway — Restaurant in Rocky Hill

I just want to share my experience… I’m a store manager at a store in Rockyhill…… I had a horrible car accident last year which left my leg mangled and I’m now, after four surgeries within a year, now need a total knee replacement , yes I am back at work but being on my feet for 8 plus hours is painful and I swell really bad ….. so today after a nine plus hour shift I was swollen, in pain and just over my day….. I pulled up to the curb to your store so I didn’t have to stand to cook dinner and your employees as soon as I walked in noticed what I was going through. They told me to sit (which I brushed of and did not ) but just the fact they noticed I was going through something made me think…… they appreciated me being there and I wasn’t a burden to another order they had to do…… both of the associates we amazing compassionate and quite frankly down right amazing !!!!! I went to Subway with my boyfriend and my daughter at this location and these 2 teenage boys name Noah (forgot the other boys name) and manager was unprofessional!

One of them was taking my order and I ask for a turkey sandwich and 2 foot long pretzels. The gave my sandwich to the customer that was paying before me and end up giving me 2 foot long cookies instead and claim that, that’s why I asked for!

2.While they were fixing my order a few customers prior before me came in upset with the wrong order.

They burnt my pretzel

One of the boys proceeded rudely and said “move it, the other customer is trying to order”

Two days later I called to complain and wanted a refund. A week later my refund never showed up in my account

They were taking forever with my order on purpose

This is the worst service and we will never ever come back. Stop hiring teenagers the always screw...

Mark my words this franchise will not last if they stick to this !!! One of those companies that charges more for less than the amount of filling than when it was cheaper, and that's not saying much....$20 with tip and I literally could not find the steak in my steak and cheese grinder literally felt like I was eating all the toppings with some bread. These companies forgot how they got where they are, and the people that made them who they are will stop buying from them.they just never get it.... do they not realize if they made people happy more people would come they wouldn't need to charge more because they have the amount of people coming in their place rather than no one coming and charging the people that do more money, I'm definitely done with that place and you should be too if you're reading this save your money...
