Horrible customer service, changed to Huntington and wow the customer service is fast and will answer general questions right away. Unlike chase, I asked a general question and they couldnt answer it after waiting hours to speak to a live representative. They said they can't answer a general question ( nothing personal, i would understand if it was personal) until I gave my social....what my social for a general question??? Yea. No, bye! Instead i had to google the routing number, got it right away. I have nothing but great service from the tellers here (honestly, I have not had to work with a personal banker here, but it is a smaller bank so no surprise if there is a wait). I was on the phone the whole time for an on-line class. The banker did the transaction on a safely manner, ask for all necessary documentation but in a very discreet manner so I could focus on my task.
