🚵🏽‍♀️ Right next to a pupusería and meat market, we entered this happy little taco shop after mountain biking! Cheers to David on his first ride! Seating was limited but thankfully their booths are large for our party of six!

This was the first time I went to this place, I think there are other locations, I have nothing to say about the others, only this one because it is where my family and I had a bad experience. We are not locals, we were about 15 people and we were passing by because it was on the way to our vacation destination. A young woman was our waitress, I think she was new because she didn't smile, she took log time to take our orders and only once she asked if we needed anything. We told her that 2 of the 3 coffees "cafe de olla" which took more than almost 20 minutes to come, that they had not been well prepared, she did not apologize or anything and said that she was still going to charge them. We asked to speak to the manager and she said that the manager was not there. When it was my other relative's turn to pay her bill, she also told her about a torta that was left untouched for the reason that the meat was not well cooked. Again, without any quality of customer service, she said that she was going to charge her too. My family member also asked to speak to the manager this time the waitress said she was there and went to look for the cook in the kitchen. The lady came and said that she could make another torta, we told her that it was not necessary, we only wanted to point out that the young woman should be trained to be a waitress. If you go to a restaurant and there is some problem, the norm is: the waiter apologizes, brings the manager and things are solved. We were just waiting for an apology from this waitress but it seems that this young lady has a lot to learn.

Esta fue la primera vez que fui a este lugar, creo que hay otras hubicaciones, no tengo nada que decir de los otros, solo de este pues es donde tuvimos mi familia y yo muy mala experiencia. No somos locales, eramos como 15 personas y pasabamos por ahi pues estaba en camino a nuestro destino del lugar de vacaciones. Una joven fue nuestra mesera, creo era nueva por que no sonreia, se tardaba para tomar nuestras ordenes y solo una solo vez pregunto si necesitabamos algo. Le dijimos que 2 de los 3 cafes de la olla los cuales se tardaron mas de casi de 20 minutos en venir, que no habian sido bien preparados, ella no se disculpo ni nada y dijo que aun asi los iva a comprar. Pedimos hablar con el gerente y ella dijo que no estaba. Cuando le toco a mi otro familiar pagar su cuenta ella tambiel le expreso acerca de una torta se dejo completa por la razon que la carne no estaba bien cocinada. Ella nuevamente sin ninguna cualidad de servicio al cliente dijo que la iva a cobrar tambien.Mi familiar tambien pidio hablar con el gerente y a ella si le dijo que si estaba y fue a buscar a la cocinera de la cocina. La senora dijo que podia hacer otra torta, le dijimos que estaba bien solo que la joven debe ser ensenada mejor para ser mesera. Si uno va un restaurant y hay algun inconveniente el mesero se disculpa, trael a el gerente y se solucionan las cosas. Solo estabamos esperando una disculpa de esta mesera pero parece que a esta joven le queda mucho...

Don’t ever order delivery from this restaurant. There hasn’t been one time that my order has been correct. They lie to the drivers and tell them that everything is in the order but then forget some thing every time. It could be your drink it could be your tacos, etc. When you called to ask them why do they keep doing this they’ll just tell you they have it ready for you to come pick it up, after you’ve paid almost $20 of delivery,mind you. The quality of the food has gone downhill since they opened. Superflavorless as well. You asked for soup with no vegetables and the first thing they do is dump all vegetables and a huge bone with hardly any meat on it. Their service over the phone is awful and rude. It’s like they don’t care anymore. They don’t even try to give you any resolution that works for the customer. This used to be the spot to go eat when they first opened I don’t know what’s happened in the last...
