Hey everyone, I just want to say that I drove from Hudsonville to Muskegon to drop off my PC and motherboards for board-level repair at the other computer shop around the corner, only to have the door locked and sign turned off as I pulled in 2 minutes before closing and was in the process of getting my components out of the car to bring in. No acknowledgement, no quick "hey are you here to drop off?" - nothing - and I talked to an employee like an hour before and said I was on my way. Anyway, after feeling very frustrated, I googled local pc repair shops and iRepair popped up as right around the corner. I walked in, met Jason, told him about my issues with the boards and felt confident he would be able to help me at least get further than I was with it. He took at look at the components, explained his 2 best courses of action and proceeded to tackle the repair right on the spot. Multiple customers came in, Jason was super helpful and friendly to them and it was clear he values his customers through his interactions. Ultimately, Jason got my PC up.and running in under an hour, the cost was significantly less than what I budgeted for and what I am sure I would have paid at the other shop around the corner. Sometimes a bigger brand doesn't mean better service or results, if you need cell phone, pc repair or gaming system repairs done - GIVE JASON A SHOT at iRepair. I am not an easy customer as I used to manage customer service teams myself, but I was totally blown away by the level of customer service and know- how Jason has. Check out iRepair, you'll save money (most likely) and be more than just another face walking through the door. Thanks...
Read moreGreat place and all but I do NOT appreciate being called a liar to my face. I got off of work plugged my phone on the charger went back to get my phone and the screen was black with lines in it and for the life of me don’t understand what happened to my phone so I bring it in and explained to the guy at the counter exactly what happened which he proceeded to tell me that plugging my phone on the charger was not going to break my screen so I asked him why would it go blank he basically was talking to me as if I did something to my phone and I legit did not. I got my 1st screen replacement back in October I had no issues and I remembered him telling me that I had LIFETIME WARRANTY on a defective screen so I asked what was considered a defective screen which my screen was and long story short he made me pay him 97$ again even though my screen was defective and I was only asking and had money to pay for it but still if you are going to tell me I have a warranty and I come in and show you and tell you EXACTLY what happened You only have warranty if he feel like he wants to uphold what he said. My screen had nooo damage no crack or anything it just went black with lines. He fixed my phone sooo quick and I...
Read moreThis shop is a lifesaver!!! Had a phone emergency and iRepair was the only place open. Talked to the technician through chat on the website and he already seemed to know exactly what was wrong. Made an appointment with only a 20 minute notice. My phone kept flashing the Apple symbol and the Home Screen wouldn’t load. I needed my phone for work in the early morning and it was something I’m not sure most places even would’ve known about. They easily could’ve just taken advantage of my situation and told me my phone needed to be replaced or anything else to get more money. The tech was honest, really friendly, beyond knowledgeable, and flexible hours. Thank you tons and I’ll definitely recommend everyone I can to come here! Took care of my phone and had it running in about 35 minutes. Didn’t lose any data and even kept my Face ID with soldering a new cable. Y’all need to check this place out. I’ve had phones fixed before and everywhere else is way more expensive than this dude and he really knows his stuff. Cool and clean shop too! Thanks a ton man. Saved my...
