I was standing in line behind a customer that didn't receive one of her sandwiches in her order. They go back and forth and figure it out and they end up remaking the sandwich. While standing there she mentions they didn't receive the rewards for their order and were told they need to remind the employee that they have the rewards. Ok that's fine. Heres where it goes south the lady begins to walk out and one of the employees says she didn't pay for that sandwich. I know for a fact I only rang her up for 3 footlongs and a 6 inch not 4 footlongs. Mind you the customer is still in the store. Instead of saying this to her they talk about it loud enough for everyone to hear. She over hears them and says yes I did pay for it. They debate it for a second before someone finally looks at the receipt to see that she actually did pay for it. The customer leaves and they seriously stood behind the counter talking about this customer and her family and how difficult it was to wait on them. I believe there is a new girl working reg and this other employee was pretty nasty when she accidentally rang me up wrong over charging me. She honestly didn't know to do it any differently. Ordered 3 Subs, one was supposed to be a turkey sub and instead of turkey the meat that was placed as the protein on the sub was ham. Another sub wasn't supposed to have jalapeños and was added for no reason or substituted for green peppers, THEY ARE NOT the same

Read moreI have yet to come in here and walk out feeling good. I'll admit, they try (but not very hard) to get my order right. The men are always pretty polite, just slow. The women repeat whatever you tell them multiple times as if there's an echo and then still, somehow, manage to mess up the entire order - making others in line wait 2x as long. This happens EVERY time! I might as well make my own sub. Whatever they're smoking in the back, I walk out wishing I could get some after the headache the (lack of) service gives me.
