My time at Ross has been great, for the most part. It has helped to make me realize that I made the right decision and this is definitely the field that I want to be in. However, I have to talk about the instructor change halfway through a module. The students had no idea what was going on, we just started having substitutes. First it was only for one day, next thing we knew it was for the whole rest of the module. That really wasn't fair to us. The next mod we got a new instructor who has never taught before. The only thing that I've heard, over and over, is that "this is similar to things that happen in the health care field, we're preparing you", etc. The students aren't in the healthcare field yet, we're at school. To learn everything we need to in order to be successful medical assistants. In my opinion the instructor change brought my success down a little and I was worried that I wouldn't be able to get through the rest of school.
